Stalling my withdrawal of €2,500 without valid reason

I came across this casino via askgamblers. I signed up on Friday 11th of September. I received a registration confirmation via Email that included a 200% bonus offer with a corresponding bonus code (see attachment). A little confusing was the fact, that the headline of the bonus offer read 100%. In the following paragraphs 200% were offered (see attachment). After I made a 100 Euro deposit via credit card using the respective bonus code, I received a 100 Euro bonus. I was fine with only 100% instead of 200% and started playing slots only. I completed the wager with 2502 Euros left on my account and submitted my documents the very same day. Verification confirmation was received two days later (Sunday 13th September, see attachment). I instantly requested a withdrawal of 2500 Euro (see attachment). However, the casino is not processing my cashout. I contacted the live support on several occasions. The important chat is from Tuesday 15th September (see attachment). They do not have any authority to check withdrawal specific issues. As told by them I contacted the support via Email on Tuesday 15th September (attachment). I do not get any reply. All the experience I made with this casino so far raised some red flags and I am starting to worry that I will see any of my winnings.
I would like the casino to get in touch with me and explain how and when they plan on paying me.
