I asked them for several times to close my account when I notices the games are very poor, not enough to choose from. I asked the chat, which of course do not have the authorities. The 800 bonusmoney is a fake, you cant play on all games, just on a few games. Read the rules, I did the misstake not reading the very long explaining about different rules. You can maximum withdraw 20 x your deposit money. I deposit 20 and I did the misstake to withdraw 250 euro. They took the 50 and they did not explain why. I could had played the 50 before withdraw, if I knew. After the first "good luck" every penny I deposit I have loosed. Let me be very honest here. When I saw that Casino1 was offering a delicious 400% first deposit bonus, plus a nice 15 EUR extra, I simply couldn't resist it!
