Guys I’ve been an online gambler for years and this is the properly the fist site I’d urge people to stay away from.

Let’s make it clear, if you try and withdraw they will hold you up in an indefinite spiral of a verification process to stop you withdrawing. I’ve been in a circle for two months trying to verify my account. They will send you emails asking you for documentation and will tell you what you need and then you’ll provide it and then they’ll ask for more. If you win you will not be able to withdraw your funds. I’m currently locked into a cycle of misery and will be publishing all the ludicrous correspondence in which magazine and will be going to the police as well if it’s not resolved.

Casino Gods is a casino I joined earlier in December. I was looking for a new casino to try and hopefully get my hands on a good welcome bonus and that's how I came across this casino. They are a part of Genesis Global brands and I'm aware of them and have had good experiences thus far so I didn't hesitate and signed up.

As a new player I was eligible for a solid 100% match bonus along with 300 free spins. The free spins, as usually, would be on Starburst slot or one of the other Netent games like Gonzo's Quest, and would be divided in sets of 30 per day. The minimum deposit amount to claim the bonus was only 10eur and this time it was exactly the amount I deposited. I got the bonus right away without any issues and with my balance I started to play Book of Dead slot with minimum bets, as my balance wasn't big. I managed to get a bonus round with Aces and had a full screen of them once so that was a great balance boost.

Shortly after I decided to play Drive Multiplyaer Mayhem for a bit. I played roughly 200 spins, no bonus feature happened but I got a few small base game hits so when I moved onto Twin Spin, my balance was around 30eur. I played Twin Spin for the remaining session and except for one 50x bet win, I was unable to get any big wins and therefore I lost my balance eventually. I played my first set of free spins and won around 3eur which again I used on Starburst. I came back for the next 9 days to collect the remaining spins and the rest of them I used on Gonzo's Quest slot. I got a small playtime out of them but no withdrawals were made at this time.

Overall I had a nice time at Casino Gods and I would play there again. Not only they have good game collection but their mobile casino is very user-friendly and smooth. The bonus is quite good so all in all, no complaints so far.

Bad support, and very slow processing withdrawal, I call them to talk about my withdrawal and the operator he hold me on the phone and he talk with someone else, after call again and they told me my withdrawal will be today after 60 hours, big mistake to register on this casino.

It looks the part and a great looking casino with big progressives to grab the headlines and lots of tourneys and decent slots. Its not a bad site at all.

It is let down badly by the back office staff who never have any idea what you are talking about and you get the same answers to the same problems. Payment is not quick. You have to try multiple times and it sucks waiting for your money so long when you have spent so much at a casino.

Very nice looking casino, with plenty of games.
I have to write more positive about this casino, but I am not able to, sorry. There is just haven't got any...

Talking to customer support is pointless, they advertising fast withdrawal, which was fast about 20 years ago but not in 2019.
I was asking for withdrawal only £111, be careful there is a charge on withdrawals!
This happened Thursday night, but I still can cancel it. I will never put a penny on this site, the support is not helpful at all, and they don't even intend to help you. I was talking with 4 of them, non of them was look in my account, and they said different time for my money on NETeller. Ahmed and William are the worst.

I have waited over 100 hours for one of my withdrawals I’ve contacted the customer support twice and they can’t give me an update apart from they have escalated to the relevant department. What makes it worse is even after 100 hours it still giving me the option to cancel my withdrawals

Clean and pretty good looking website.
Alot of game providers, especially my favourite playngo.
Pretty good variety of different deposit and withdrawal methods.

Very slow withdrawal times compared to other casinos (48-72 hours for approval). It's very painful to wait withdrawals for this long, especially when the site has like 24 hour time window or so, where you can cancel the withdrawal. You do not have any options to disable that.
The website is pretty slow and buggy at times.
Cannot self-exclude, but actually need to request it from chat.
Pretty high wagering requirements (40x)

The layout of the site is appealing. The game selection is good and the initial bonus is comparable with competitors.
Also the live chat are usually helpful from my experience.

The VIP system is pointless.
There's absolutely no information given. Mentions prize draws but tells you nothing about it, eg. Prizes, when it's held..
Mentions personal withdrawal service yet the withdrawal times are the exact same as for non VIP players.
I asked about upping withdrawal limits but simply had the standard withdrawal limits quoted back to me. This is crazy at €2300 per day. I've made deposits amounting to more than this on numerous days.
Mentions random bonuses for playing and other things yet the only time I've seen a bonus was following a complaint.
Bonuses should be random to thank customers (especially large depositors) for their custom as a way to keep them from using competitors.
It's a nice site but from my experience not for people who want to do higher stakes. Low stakes players will be happy with the service I feel.

Great Website and a good welcome bonus. Lots of great games and good deposit options. Belongs to a pretty good casino group with lots of different casinos.

The payout is way too slow and the chat won't get any help. There's no point in playing in this place when there are countless better casinos out there.

When did calling yourself a god become an acceptable marketing technique? I’ve seen it a bunch of times recently, most notably MSI’s “Godlike” motherboards that have turned out to be anything but celestial, so I’d question the wisdom of Genesis naming their latest casino brand in this way. Nevertheless, I have mostly positive experience with this group, Casino Cruise notwithstanding, although I’ll admit to being deserving of a reasonable slice of responsibility there, so was quick to check this casino out after hearing about it.

I was initially somewhat disappointed with the lack of a no deposit bonus, but the four stage new player welcome package looked reasonably decent and decent no deposit offers do seem to be pretty much dying out these days… I guess I just had my hopes up thanks to the monster offers other casinos in this group gave out in the past.

All of my favourite game providers are offered here, with the usual exception of Playtech who is always rare to find alongside Microgaming and NetEnt. You do get it at a few sites these days but its definitely rare. On the other hand, Play N Go, Yggdrasil, and Big Time Gaming are all here so its no problem to go through a wide selection of my favourite titles without having to deposit at multiple sites.

The layout of the site is more than adequate and works particularly well across all of my different devices, something I’ve been checking out with all of my favourite casinos just out of interest lately. Clearly much time has been spent on the responsive design here, and the user interface too has obviously been tailored to the various screen sizes that the layout adapts to, as opposed to some sites which just re-flow the content to fit the space available.

I was surprised to see all the negative comments regarding withdrawals and suspect these players just didn’t get themselves verified straight after registering. I sent my documents in straight after finishing registration and by the time I’d finished playing through my first deposit bonus I’d been verified and my initial withdrawal was processed in no time at all. Typically it took a while to come through, being a debit card withdrawal as dictated by the bonus terms, but it wasn’t any slower than debit card withdrawals elsewhere.
