There is nothing to like about casino gods. The games are good but they are all available on better sites. Customer service isn't customer service. Nope not 1 positive

Far to much to list. Withdrawl times are a joke. Takes ages to get your money and can't call it customer service as that's non existing and scripted. They put £2083 in my account. I made the withdrawal 01/12/22. I then deposited and continued playing. The site went down and when it reopened my account it was closed. I received an email YESTERDAY..... telling me it was an alleged error. They said I committed fraud but using some of it and trying to withdraw the rest. WOW what an allegation to make. That is why they closed my account and I'm yet to get anywhere regarding my 100% legit balance. No apology or explanation just accused of fraud because of their own apparent error. Stay clear of genesis Global who run many of these sites. Just read reviews on other sites about them and make your own mind up but personally I'm delighted they are leaving the UK.

Their casino has a wide variety of games and was quite enjoyable. Along with a whole bunch of sister casinos..............not many casinos with a good layout of games as them.

Verification for my account has taken over 4 months. A spiral of requests from them that literally feels like it'll never end after I had asked them about my VIP cashback that used to be displayed on their casino after about 3-3.5k was deposited over a couple of weeks. They were fine to let me deposit but the same day I asked about my cashback I was hit with account restrictions for "verification" that has now dragged on 4 or so months. I would not recommend this casino if you plan on cashing out or want a casino that sticks by what they say.

Overall I like this site, but withdrawal processing time is horrible. My previous one took 2 weeks to get money, but I was convinced its because verification was in progress . Now I put 3 separate withdrawals requests around midnight 27th /28th. Still pending. But the worst thing is that I cant contact them. Mails with no answer, and chat is busy or there is no available agents, no matter what time, and how long im waiting. Its such a shame, because I would consider this website as one of my favourite, but problems with money out is disappointing..

Signed up, was offered a welcome bonus which I accepted.

Played through my balance and the bonus balance but there was 20p of bonus left. I deposited some more struck on a spin that used 20p bonus that was left and 30p real money. The win was £510.

Was absolutely overmoon until I realised that 70% of the win was sent in bonus funds even though the stake was less than 50% paid for by bonus. Spoke to chat who said that this was terms and would need to forfeit the whole amount if I wanted to withdraw any of the real money balance. I continued to play trying to complete the wagering requirement until noticed that after £250 of wagering - the wagering requirement hadn't moved - I now had after some wins £300 in real balance and £300ish in bonus! I spoke to chat who said if I wanted to withdraw even £1 in real I would have to forfeit the full bonus balance it’s unreal.

They force you to empty your real balance before any bonus wagering can be completed! they don’t measuring wagering as a ratio so you literally have to lose all your real money first. It’s basically impossible to complete a bonus wager. Unbelievable. I forfeit the bonus £300+.... which was only 20p! And withdrew the £300 I could before closing my account for good. They basically stole £300 from me for a 20p bonus stake.

Disgusting. Don’t use.

Ich hab gespielt und tatsächlich was gewonnen. Ich habe die Auszahlung veranlasst und es wurden Dokumente angefordert. Wie üblich habe ich Ausweis Adress Nachweis und Nachweis Kreditkarte geschickt. Tagelang nichts passiert. Zweimal über Chat versucht. Nur Englisch. Für Deutsch würde ich immer vertröstet aber es gibt wahrscheinlich keinen. Nun würde mir dann nach vier Tagen erzählt das sie noch einen Kontoauszug und einen Nachweis über mein Konto bei Sofort Überweisung haben wollen. Ich weiß nicht warum man denen einen Kontoauszug senden soll mit absolut sensiblen Daten. Deshalb gibt es ja Sofort Überweisung. Noch nie musste ich bei einem Kasino einen Kontoauszug vorlegen und möchte es auch nicht weil ich Angst habe vor Datenmissbrauch. Ich habe das auch noch bei keinem anderen Casino erlebt. Bis jetzt habe ich 5 Tage nach dem Auszahlungswunsch immer noch kein Geld erhalten. Ich habe das Casino aufgefordert mir die Rechtsgrundlage für den Zugriff auf meine Kontodaten zu nennen. Well they dont seem to want to reply through various emails hopefully they take the time to speak on here.

After registering with gamstop some time ago I thought around now I maybe eligible to come back and play I signed up using my name home address number everything that was registered with gamstop its self. No problem let me in straight away to play. I thought to myself ah but if I deposit and I can't play I may not be allowed my funds in the end so I went to the verify icon. Which told me don't worry you have no need to verify yet enjoy our games. So yes I went on to play some games and a massive hit of 1150x on rise of Merlin on 40p so as you can imagine not playing for so long I was over the moon I withdrew funds came back to check the progress on this a day or two later and boom your account is suspended. And an email which red you are on gamstop etc you will not be eligible to any funds won or deposited. Now having breezed past the signing up and trying to verify just for some peace or mind so I would have been able to carry or not in this case.

Waiting for an email back nothing seems to be happening there phone numbers on there website doesn't even work.

I've spoken to gamstop who ensure me in cases like this they should at a good will gesture provide me with deposits done as it's no loss to them and there website if gamstop affiliated should never have let me in.

Let me start by saying that being a VIP level player at this casino doesn’t mean a thing.

Firstly the account verification. It took me about 60 hours and lots of chat conversations to just verify my account, while my account is already verified at all the casino’s operating under the same licence, Genesis Global Limited Casinos.
I had to contact the live chat several times to get my account verified and every time they promised me to escalate the matter. Their promises don’t mean anything. Finally after the 60 hours they verified me.

Secondly my withdrawal. I was promised that my withdrawal would be processed the next day after my account was verified.
But as expected the withdrawal is still pending. I therefore contacted live chat again, and guess what I was told that it could take up to 72 hours. They are even lying to their VIP level players. What a disgrace, this is what is means to be a VIP level player at this casino.

According to their VIP program they offer a personal withdrawal service. If I look at my experience I am treated like any other player and not as a VIP. Yet again, what a disgrace.

Based upon my experience I definitely don’t recommend playing here, unless you dont mind waiting 72 hours, maybe even longer if I read the comments below. If my withdrawal wont get processed within the mentioned timeframe I even will submit an complaint, and I repeat I am a VIP level player. Imagine if you aren’t a VIP level player.

Guys I’ve been an online gambler for years and this is the properly the fist site I’d urge people to stay away from.

Let’s make it clear, if you try and withdraw they will hold you up in an indefinite spiral of a verification process to stop you withdrawing. I’ve been in a circle for two months trying to verify my account. They will send you emails asking you for documentation and will tell you what you need and then you’ll provide it and then they’ll ask for more. If you win you will not be able to withdraw your funds. I’m currently locked into a cycle of misery and will be publishing all the ludicrous correspondence in which magazine and will be going to the police as well if it’s not resolved.

Casino Gods is a casino I joined earlier in December. I was looking for a new casino to try and hopefully get my hands on a good welcome bonus and that's how I came across this casino. They are a part of Genesis Global brands and I'm aware of them and have had good experiences thus far so I didn't hesitate and signed up.

As a new player I was eligible for a solid 100% match bonus along with 300 free spins. The free spins, as usually, would be on Starburst slot or one of the other Netent games like Gonzo's Quest, and would be divided in sets of 30 per day. The minimum deposit amount to claim the bonus was only 10eur and this time it was exactly the amount I deposited. I got the bonus right away without any issues and with my balance I started to play Book of Dead slot with minimum bets, as my balance wasn't big. I managed to get a bonus round with Aces and had a full screen of them once so that was a great balance boost.

Shortly after I decided to play Drive Multiplyaer Mayhem for a bit. I played roughly 200 spins, no bonus feature happened but I got a few small base game hits so when I moved onto Twin Spin, my balance was around 30eur. I played Twin Spin for the remaining session and except for one 50x bet win, I was unable to get any big wins and therefore I lost my balance eventually. It looks the part and a great looking casino with big progressives to grab the headlines and lots of tourneys and decent slots. Its not a bad site at all.

It is let down badly by the back office staff who never have any idea what you are talking about and you get the same answers to the same problems. Payment is not quick. You have to try multiple times and it sucks waiting for your money so long when you have spent so much at a casino.

Very nice looking casino, with plenty of games.
I have to write more positive about this casino, but I am not able to, sorry. There is just haven't got any...

Talking to customer support is pointless, they advertising fast withdrawal, which was fast about 20 years ago but not in 2019.
I was asking for withdrawal only £111, be careful there is a charge on withdrawals!
This happened Thursday night, but I still can cancel it. I will never put a penny on this site, the support is not helpful at all, and they don't even intend to help you. I was talking with 4 of them, non of them was look in my account, and they said different time for my money on NETeller. Ahmed and William are the worst.

Game variety is great and website loads fast. Good payout for a new casino. Deposits are easy to make and bonuses offered are great. That’s it for the positives.

I have waited over 100 hours for one of my withdrawals I’ve contacted the customer support twice and they can’t give me an update apart from they have escalated to the relevant department. What makes it worse is even after 100 hours it still giving me the option to cancel my withdrawals

Die Auszahlungsdauer ist total Panne. 6 Tage lang meine Auszahlung bearbeitet von 248 Euro. Dann haben sie gesehen das es ein Freispiel Gewinn war und die Auszahlung 100 Euro max. beträgt. Und anstatt das Geld zu überweisen ,die 100 Euro, wie es überall so funktioniert, wurde es meinem Spielerkonto wieder gut geschrieben. Neue Auszahlung beantragt. 48 Stunden Dauer. Clean and pretty good looking website.

Very slow withdrawal times compared to other casinos (48-72 hours for approval). It's very painful to wait withdrawals for this long, especially when the site has like 24 hour time window or so, where you can cancel the withdrawal. You do not have any options to disable that.
The website is pretty slow and buggy at times.
Cannot self-exclude, but actually need to request it from chat.

The layout of the site is appealing. The game selection is good and the initial bonus is comparable with competitors.
Also the live chat are usually helpful from my experience.

The VIP system is pointless.
There's absolutely no information given. Mentions prize draws but tells you nothing about it, eg. Prizes, when it's held..
Mentions personal withdrawal service yet the withdrawal times are the exact same as for non VIP players.
I asked about upping withdrawal limits but simply had the standard withdrawal limits quoted back to me. This is crazy at €2300 per day. I've made deposits amounting to more than this on numerous days.
Mentions random bonuses for playing and other things yet the only time I've seen a bonus was following a complaint.
Bonuses should be random to thank customers (especially large depositors) for their custom as a way to keep them from using competitors.
It's a nice site but from my experience not for people who want to do higher stakes. Low stakes players will be happy with the service I feel.

Great Website and a good welcome bonus. Lots of great games and good deposit options. Belongs to a pretty good casino group with lots of different casinos.

The payout is way too slow and the chat won't get any help. There's no point in playing in this place when there are countless better casinos out there.

When did calling yourself a god become an acceptable marketing technique? I’ve seen it a bunch of times recently, most notably MSI’s “Godlike” motherboards that have turned out to be anything but celestial, so I’d question the wisdom of Genesis naming their latest casino brand in this way. Nevertheless, I have mostly positive experience with this group, Casino Cruise notwithstanding, although I’ll admit to being deserving of a reasonable slice of responsibility there, so was quick to check this casino out after hearing about it.

I was initially somewhat disappointed with the lack of a no deposit bonus, but the four stage new player welcome package looked reasonably decent and decent no deposit offers do seem to be pretty much dying out these days… I guess I just had my hopes up thanks to the monster offers other casinos in this group gave out in the past.

All of my favourite game providers are offered here, with the usual exception of Playtech who is always rare to find alongside Microgaming and NetEnt. You do get it at a few sites these days but its definitely rare. On the other hand, Play N Go, Yggdrasil, and Big Time Gaming are all here so its no problem to go through a wide selection of my favourite titles without having to deposit at multiple sites.

The layout of the site is more than adequate and works particularly well across all of my different devices, something I’ve been checking out with all of my favourite casinos just out of interest lately. Clearly much time has been spent on the responsive design here, and the user interface too has obviously been tailored to the various screen sizes that the layout adapts to, as opposed to some sites which just re-flow the content to fit the space available.

I was surprised to see all the negative comments regarding withdrawals and suspect these players just didn’t get themselves verified straight after registering. I sent my documents in straight after finishing registration and by the time I’d finished playing through my first deposit bonus I’d been verified and my initial withdrawal was processed in no time at all. Typically it took a while to come through, being a debit card withdrawal as dictated by the bonus terms, but it wasn’t any slower than debit card withdrawals elsewhere.

I’m weary regarding the customer support at this group due to some bad experiences in the past, although again, I accept I had my part to play in those earlier bad situations – I share a place with another gamer AND now share a building wide internet connection with over 90 flats, so I accept it is upto me to try and get ahead of the problems this can cause prior to starting to play anywhere… support were helpful when I got in touch and talked to them about my earlier issues and whilst only time will tell if any new problems could occur, everything looks good so far.

The withdrawal is a friggin joke, mine had been pending for a week now with nothing happening, and the same stupid answers every time I ask support about it: We will address this to the department responsible... There are not many positive things to say about this casino. Nice look on the website. The game search is good and I also won a lot of money. Live chat os fast.

The payout time is far too long for the 2019s. The bonus terms contain misleading information. Blueprint is missing. I don't recommend this casino because of these things.
