Ok....I have read the reviews and agree but still I'm going to give them a good rating. They seem to have very loose slots and a standard RTG platform. I have won more money here than any place else. Their platform is user friendly both in ui/ux capacities.

You really have to keep on them to get things moving and don't ever break rules. Make sure you know the terms and conditions before you do what you do. You mess up in re slightest and it's curtains. If you follow the rules, you will get paid albeit not expediently. It most likely will take a month but you will get paid. I have an open complaint against them and still giving them a good review because again, you can win here.

I have had more winnings at Captain Jack Casino than any other casino online or in person. (But this statement comes with a massive caveat...) They have games I especially enjoy to include Fortunate Buddha, Plentiful Treasure and Rudolph's Revenge. The bonuses are generous and enable amazing win streaks.

In August of 2022, I won two large jackpots on the Fortunate Buddha and Plentiful Treasure games, of about a $13,000 total (along with several wins between $500-$1100 in early through mid September.) It took about a month to get paid, but I was happy to see weekly checks in the neighborhood of $2500 to cover my first jackpot amount. Even though my second jackpot was won on August 26th, here it is 7 weeks later and I haven't been approved on any of my other wins. I have listened to excuse after excuse and get one canned response after another. If I hear my case is going to be "escalated" one more time, I am going to throw my phone against the wall. It really amazes me that this casino that must be raking in millions daily acts like a pauper when it comes time to pay their winners. It makes winners feel like losers for choosing to play at this unethical casino.

They are liars. They just cut off my winnings without arguments. I asked several times but they dont told me that I cant withdraw my money.

Captain Jack Casino don't pays winnings via no deposit bonus. I wasted my time to finish my playthrough (as you know its need very high wager ). I win 100 usd. I send documents for verification after that they just cut off my winnings without any argument.
When I registered there wasn't any restrictions for my region. I asked several times at chat but no one told me any word about restrictions. Don't waste your time there!!! If my region is restricted don't allow user to register and use bonus code as other casinos do. Appreciate people's time please.

The issue about the site is that my first withdrawal took sooooo long. It was annoying. But it got better. However, you would have to endure the fact that you'd have to withdraw several times since their monthly limit is actually really low. And also there a lot of restrictions on numerous countries.

Nice selection of games and there are some good game bonuses available from time to time which add to the enjoyment of playing for a long period of time.

Long withdrawal times and then you are not guaranteed to get a payout. Staff are not very helpful and this adds to the processing time considerably. They do not adhere to their own terms and conditions.

There is nothing to like about this casino. The players that get lured in are claiming a bonus.

well lets see, where to begin.
The customer service is terrible. The phone number is listed to call for help, but No one ever answers the phone. Nor to they return calls if you leave a message. The casino is notorious for having you wait for long periods of time for a pending withdrawal and then springing these policy and conditions of the casino on you, to explain as to why you cant get your winnings. They stall your withdrawal for crazy amounts of time. The average withdrawal time is a month! The worst casino I've ever played at. Ever!

The withdraw time is just too slow. The fact that you can instant deposit but have to wait 5 to 7 weeks for a withdraw is unacceptable. Other casinos I use process bitcoin withdraw in a day or two and we are talking over a month here. I don't care how good your bonus is if I have to wait months to actually get paid then what is the point?
