No payment received after over a month

I have done multiple deposits to Bluelions but haven't had luck earlier. This is my first withdrawal attempt from them and it is problematic. It's been over a month and I haven't received the payment. Their support seems to be unresponsive and don't answer any of my email inquiries. On September 21 - Did 100€ deposit and received 70€ bonus. - Wagered bonus with slots. Max bet was 2.5€. - Won 1900€ and requested withdrawal On September 24 - My Withdrawal was cancelled because of missing docs. - Send all required docs and requsted 1872.14€ withdrawal via Bank transfer (They deducted 28.xx€ fee from it) On September 25 - Received email from their support: "Your withdraw is accepted and we will make the payout as soon as possible" On October 29 (Today) - Still waiting my payout

Took away my 7000 EUR win due to unjustified accusations

I registered in Blue Lions at the beginning of March. I had a really great time, I was playing some of my favorite slots here - Tiara and Girls wanna, although then i switched to another slot - Amazonia. I completed my wagering in two weeks, I wagered even more than necessary, around 10 000 more ( I kept a track of this with a paper and a pen) until it appeared in my account that the wagering was complete. Finally, I won quite a good amount here - 7 000 EUR. I was very busy the second part of March and had to travel a lot. On the 6th of April I checked my account and it was empty. I wrote an email to the casino and got the response that I didn't complete my wagering requirement on time - the thirty days period. This is not true, of course. I thought this might be some kind of misunderstanding, so I requested the play logs, as my game history was not available for me. I got no response from casino after that email and it has been 6 months since i have written to them...

Maybe the bonus they offer and the games selection.

I will definitely NEVER EVER play on an online casino that has a ţerm in their conditions, that all winning which succeed 20x the deposit amount can only be paid to the player in ten monthly rates - AND, EVEN BETTER: winnings generated from playing with an active bonus can't suceed 20x the amount of your deposit AT ALL! So if you deposit 10 Euro and receive 10 bonus you will have to wager this 10Euro 50x/500Euro for the possibility of a max payout of 200Euro with everything above beeing lost...

For sure, that's the way I wanna play.... 😂 This site should be blacklisted again and forevermore...

BlueLions Casino caught my attention when I saw they were having some free bonus promo of 10 euros free chip and because I tried few times playing their games the Merkur one and can say I kind of liked them, I decided to take their offer.When I navigate to their promo page actually I was given answer that they have finished with that promo but if you google a bit you can always find something as 5 free bonus as well.

So yes I opened my account here use one code it should be insert when I registered at their casino and instantly when I activated my account the bonus of 5 euros was already in my account.Their site is really easy to navigate the first thing you'll see that their site is on English and the first thought it crossed my mind, I have to use translator as I did in several casinos so I can register and play.

Luckily they have two options or their site,which areo ffering German and English language so it was easy to become their player. The site is really easy to navigate since they have only 2 casino software games to offer,the first ones Bally games which I don't like to play and the second software Merkur games which I kind of like playing their games. Actually sometimes is even better when you change casino software as Netent and Microgaming since lately I cannot win anything decent in their slot games.

Those 5 euros I had last me good half an hour, so I was playing Fruit Slider slot which is a 20 liner slot with minimum bet from only 0.20 cents.Because my free chip was really tiny one I had to play with minimum bet, hoping will raise my balance for a bit and then maybe change my stake. Blue Lions casino is one of the newest added casinos here on AskGamblers. I found them about a month ago when I saw some 10€ free chip offer for new players. But most important reason why they attracted me right away was the fact they offer Merkur games, I think they are really quirky and I love them. Also I am happy to see that lately more casinos are adding these games to their list.

When I opened their page and tried to register, I got really upset as it showed that they don't accept players from my country. A couple of days later I contacted their support, since I had found out that they actually do accept my country. Support was very helpful and I was told I could play there. I signed up but I couldn't get authentication email so I spoke with chat again, which sent me verification mail personally and then I was finally able to play.

At the time they didn't offer any more free chips as the promo was only for limited time, but instead for 2€ deposit I was given 18€ free. The wagering was 50x bonus and maximum cashout was 100€.

Then I went to play Dragons Treasures II slot, the only difference between it and the Dragon Treasure slot I love so much is in the design, it had other symbols but payouts were the same. Anyways I couldn't get even a single decent win nor free spins round so I ran out of credits very soon. I might still deposit again there if some good offer comes along.

Overall I had a good yet short time at Blue Lions but the time was pleasant. Live chat was easy to reach and friendly, game selection was decent and also they offer 100% welcome bonus with 40x bonus wager which is a decent promo. If they diversify their promotions, I will definitely come back.
