No payment received after over a month


I have done multiple deposits to Bluelions but haven't had luck earlier. This is my first withdrawal attempt from them and it is problematic. It's been over a month and I haven't received the payment. Their support seems to be unresponsive and don't answer any of my email inquiries.

On September 21

- Did 100€ deposit and received 70€ bonus.
- Wagered bonus with slots. Max bet was 2.5€.
- Won 1900€ and requested withdrawal

On September 24

- My Withdrawal was cancelled because of missing docs.
- Send all required docs and requsted 1872.14€ withdrawal via Bank transfer (They deducted 28.xx€ fee from it)

On September 25
- Received email from their support: "Your withdraw is accepted and we will make the payout as soon as possible"

On October 29 (Today)
- Still waiting my payout

Update. The payout not received. Talked with their live support two days ago and uploaded all my documents again. Live chat promised that I shoud receive payout on next week.

The situation hasn't changed. I have sent couple emails but they haven't answer. My withdrawal was accepted 7 weeks ago and I'm still waiting payout.
