Took away my 7000 EUR win due to unjustified accusations


I registered in Blue Lions at the beginning of March. I had a really great time, I was playing some of my favorite slots here - Tiara and Girls wanna, although then i switched to another slot - Amazonia. I completed my wagering in two weeks, I wagered even more than necessary, around 10 000 more ( I kept a track of this with a paper and a pen) until it appeared in my account that the wagering was complete. Finally, I won quite a good amount here - 7 000 EUR. I was very busy the second part of March and had to travel a lot. On the 6th of April I checked my account and it was empty. I wrote an email to the casino and got the response that I didn't complete my wagering requirement on time - the thirty days period. This is not true, of course. I thought this might be some kind of misunderstanding, so I requested the play logs, as my game history was not available for me. I got no response from casino after that email and it has been 6 months since i have written to them...

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with valid evidence on behalf the management of BlueLions Casino where it is clearly displayed that player has failed meeting the bonus wager requirements within 30 days. Player by these actions breached the casino term quoted bellow:


... All Bonus are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise noted. If you did not fulfilled the bonus play thru requirements within 30 days all winnings will be void and your account balance will be reduced to the real money payment you made.


Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for BlueLions Casino.

Unfortunately, BlueLions Casino didn't provide the necessary information to AskGamblers Complaints Team so that the complaint could be adequately reviewed and decided. Obviously, we have no other option but to close the complaint as Unresolved and recommend a player to forward their issue directly in front of the relevant regulatory body responsible for BlueLions Casino. As soon as AskGamblers Complaints Team is being notified about the regulator's final decision on the case, we will comply and mark this complaint accordingly.

Well. I had no answer from you. I never saw the play logs i requested from you long time ago. About LCB - there have been multiple efforts from the forum and on my behalf to receive the information from you that would prove that the terms were breached. This was all in vain. You can not just get away with robbing off the players money. So, please, make the payment of my win...
