I had some decent luck with my first deposit at another Nektan casino earlier in the weekend, so decided I’d go and have a look for another one to try my luck at. Black Spins was the first one I came across, and I have to say first impressions were definitely much better than their other brand Watch My Spin – at least this place looks correct on my laptop, without weird looking fonts and huge blank areas that scream of missing or incomplete CSS in the webpage design!

Annoyingly, the terms and conditions pages seem just as incomplete here as at their other brands though. Most importantly, the promotions pages don’t give all of the details regarding their bonuses, and I tried following every link both when signing up and when depositing and accepting the bonus. I’m not sure If they are being deliberately obtuse – I haven’t found any nasty hidden terms during my time playing at these casinos, so I suspect its just laziness as opposed to maliciousness.

It also bugs me that the casino doesn’t state specifically if they have a pending time when making a withdrawal. They simply tell you that all withdrawals are subject to checks which “may take up to three days to complete”, and sure enough when I have requested my first withdrawals from most of these places it has taken three days for the withdrawal to be confirmed. It’s hard to say if that’s just because it’s a first withdrawal though, but I do always submit my documents immediately after signing up and have had them confirmed as accepted long before actually requesting my withdrawal, so that should not be a reason for the three day delay. I suspect that they simply keep all withdrawals in pending for three days before processing them, but don’t want to specify this on their website for some reason.

Overall I can’t help but feel these Nektan casinos are somewhat second rate, and it wasn’t for their new player bonus offers I almost certainly wouldn’t bother playing here. The game selection Is decent enough, but not the best available, withdrawal times are average at best, and whilst the customer support is satisfactory, that really isn’t enough to recommend these sites over some of the better first-tier sites currently available to us players here in the UK.

I signed up at Black Spins mainly because I have a kiwi relative and I liked the branding. I am a live casino punter so the fact they had my favourite software also mattered. Good look and feel, easy to navigate and generally not bad at all.

Could do with a few more promos for live casino players, and some of the bonus terms aren't amazing, but as a cash player not really affected by that.
