There are several language versions on the casino's site. Although all texts are in English, you will be directed to different subpages depending on your location. The T&C and bonus offers differ per language version. I accepted a bonus offer on the German page and didn't brake any rule stated on this site. However, I was denied withdrawal of my winnings because I violated bonus conditions listed in the English language version. In the general T&C it says that in case of doubt the rules of the English language version apply. But since the "German language version" is also written in English (WTF), I had no way of knowing that. In general it is very bad that the T&C differ depending on the language version, especially if there is only one version that counts.
Since I suffer from problematic gaming behavior, I then closed my account via the Self-Exclusion function. When I later felt the urge to continue playing again, the chat support immediately reopened my account without hesitation and I still lost a lot of money. Black Lion has a lot going for it. The games are great and I love Spaceman among other slots I forgot the name for. It’s also nice to see some of its bonuses being great for a full day of gambling.
Black Lion does feel like a premium service as it tries to market itself to be but there are a few concerns with the customer service. I don’t feel like I’m talking to an expert or a human for that matter. It takes a while to get the answers I need in a way I can understand.
