It took two minutes for a live agent, Lauren, to join the chat, which is quite speedy but Lauren did spend another two minutes reading my chats with Dave before asking me for further clarification.
As I was testing the chat while logged out of my account, Lauren asked for my email to continue the chat. I responded that I only had a general question: “Are payments and KYC verification processed at the same speed on weekends?” While I appreciate the attempt to be thorough, I felt that actually resolving my issue kept taking a backseat. At last Lauren clarified that although BitStarz attempts to process payments and verification just as fast on weekends, delays of a few days are much more likely.

The payment methods will vary from time to time. Before my big win about 2 to 3 weeks ago I used to be able to deposit easily using my visa debit. I was going to deposit today but my payment method was gone and my only option was crypto which I have never done before. Asked my spouse to look at his payment methods, and he still had interac etransfer and visa methods available to him. When I asked support, they couldn't give me any info other than "payment methods will vary from time to time" but apparently this isn't the case for all the players... oh but they won't tell you if it is or not because they can't discuss other players' info. So I asked "in general" if players could only play on Bitstarz with Crypto... and they still couldn't tell me 🤷♀️ I asked if I would ever be able to deposit using my old methods and they couldn't even tell me that.
