I deposited and started playing on BitStarz.com normally. After winning around $900, I requested a withdrawal. The platform then asked me to complete KYC verification, which I accepted.

I uploaded my credit card statement issued by China Construction Bank. This document includes my full name and full address, both in Chinese and supported with a verified translation. However, BitStarz rejected it, saying it does not show the address, which is not true.

It appears that the platform is intentionally blocking the withdrawal process. My account is fully verified otherwise, and I have already complied with their documentation requests.

I request BitStarz to complete my KYC and allow my rightful withdrawal.

3 stars for now because I was able to win big with Plinko, so I think the games are not rigged. Supports team also answer pretty quick, so that's a plus

However, it's been almost 2 days and my withdrawals are still pending due to being reviewed for the big win. The payment methods will vary from time to time. Before my big win about 2 to 3 weeks ago I used to be able to deposit easily using my visa debit. I was going to deposit today but my payment method was gone and my only option was crypto which I have never done before. Asked my spouse to look at his payment methods, and he still had interac etransfer and visa methods available to him. When I asked support, they couldn't give me any info other than "payment methods will vary from time to time" but apparently this isn't the case for all the players... oh but they won't tell you if it is or not because they can't discuss other players' info. So I asked "in general" if players could only play on Bitstarz with Crypto... and they still couldn't tell me 🤷‍♀️ I asked if I would ever be able to deposit using my old methods and they couldn't even tell me that.
