It's extremely uncommon to have a very helpful support staff for online casinos. The only one I can say is not only helpful, but the very best in this business and most businesses. I deposited and started playing on BitStarz.com normally. After winning around $900, I requested a withdrawal. The platform then asked me to complete KYC verification, which I accepted.

I uploaded my credit card statement issued by China Construction Bank. This document includes my full name and full address, both in Chinese and supported with a verified translation. However, BitStarz rejected it, saying it does not show the address, which is not true.

It appears that the platform is intentionally blocking the withdrawal process. My account is fully verified otherwise, and I have already complied with their documentation requests.

3 stars for now because I was able to win big with Plinko, so I think the games are not rigged. Supports team also answer pretty quick, so that's a plus
