It took two minutes for a live agent, Lauren, to join the chat, which is quite speedy but Lauren did spend another two minutes reading my chats with Dave before asking me for further clarification.
As I was testing the chat while logged out of my account, Lauren asked for my email to continue the chat. I responded that I only had a general question: “Are payments and KYC verification processed at the same speed on weekends?” While I appreciate the attempt to be thorough, I felt that actually resolving my issue kept taking a backseat.
