Their verification and withdraw process is instant! The selection of games they have is pretty awesome also. I am quite impressed to say the least. And give them two thumbs up!!

It's a great platform with exciting slot games options. I love it. You always have options to play around with. The bonuses are quite often. It's user friendly too.
Hi there, Means the world to us that you're enjoying BitStarz so much :) Thank you! Olle
This casino offers great games easy to play and live chat is always available for you. The more you play the more it gets interesting and you can earn free spins
Hi there :) Thank you so much for your review! We appreciate you :) Olle
Pretty much like everything about BSz.. the variety of providers and number of games is unbelievable, overwhelming actually if you're a beginner. As you gain experience and learn which providers are your favs, pretty sure Bsz will have it. I get free spins all the time and the promotions are pretty good. The new jackpot spins are yet another reason to log in every day. Deposits and withdrawals are fast and flawless, withdrawal times are insanely fast.
I also really like that they keep track of my top wins. And the fact that you can customize your home page is awesome as well. Layout is simple but attractive. Lastly i think the daily hot and cold games section is the best. I've won a lot playing just those everyday. Haven't seen daily hot n colds ANYWHERE else. Bsz is my go-to I've decided. I do play other sites still occasionally but Bsz is my #1 played pretty much daily... Hot n cold games baby!!
To be honest the one and only thing i dislike about Bsz, and many other sites to be fair, is that the games do not have info about each one. Min max bet, provider, volatility, and even a picture of the game, are all key in my book as its so much easier to have that info without actually having to enter the game, wait for it to load up, just to say, check the minimum bet, for example. A perfect example of a site that has this is Pulsz. The picture to me, is huge on its own. I wont lie, i decide whether or not to play a game just by what it looks like sometimes. If Bsz hooked their games up with an info tab you could look at before playing, that would make mine a 10 star rating for sure.
Hi there! :) Thank you so much for your review and the kind words. As for the info and that stuff, I get what you mean. So basically in the thumbnail image, you wish to see all the info when you hover with the mouse over it? Makes perfect sense :) will see if we can implement something like that. Thank you for the great suggestion! Olle
It’s a great casino, highly recommend it. Wide variety of games, great customer service, and quick payout and I haven’t had any issues playing Bitstarz casino
Thank you Ceecee! It means a lot that you're enjoying yourself at BitStarz, and thank you for writing this review! : ) Olle
I really like the casino's daily free spins. At this casino daily get 200 free spins to play and compete for the jackpot. Even though I haven't won any jackpot yet.
Hi there! :) Thank you so much for the kind words and we're sup happy you're enjoying the JPM promo with a daily chance to win a jackpot : ) Olle
I absolutely love this casino as it has some of the biggest selection of online pokies that I have ever been on. There is a huge selection of game providers. My ultimate favorite thing about this casino is how player friendly it is. You can clearly see where everything is like your account details, bonuses, promos etc. They have lots of promotions as well. It is very clear where to enter a bonus code or how to search for a specific game if needed, unlike other online casinos. There are lots of payment options. There are multiple ways to deposit and the withdrawal. Withdrawal times are super fast and convenient for the player. Highly recommend this casino to all online casino players worldwide.
The only issue I have with this casino is the Livechat is to slow to respond when you ask them a simple question. Also they are not available 24/7 to help with any queries you may encounter.
Hi there, Thank you so much for your very nice review! : ) When it comes to live chat, we actually have agents on live chat 24/7, 365 days a year and normally players only have a to wait a minute (if any wait time at all) on live chat. Maybe there's some kind of mix up here? :') Olle
What i like the most is the fact can play from the comfort of my home... Wanna sit there in my pajamas all day without having to go get dressed.
I don't like the fact when I first joined I never got my no deposit spins that I had originally signed up for, that's all I can really say at the moment
Hi there! Thank you so much for reviewing us :) I actually had a look at your account (based on your username here) and saw that you actually got 3 sets of no deposit free spins :) worth mentioning is that you also opened 5 accounts with us... If I'm mistaken somehow, please let me know. Olle
I like offers of bonuses, and deposit methods, live casino everythonk okay !! This is First Casino while I started playing I hope that soon I can play poker on your site
Hi Giwcio! Thank you for reviewing us :) I really appreciate the kind feedback, thank you so much :) As for poker, if you're referring to Hold'em or something of that nature, I don't think we're thinking about implementing that anytime soon. Just so you're aware. I don't want to give false hope :) That said, I hope you find other amazing games that suit you and that you'll enjoy! Olle
The casino is really nice. Nice site, with nice games, everything working fast, very fast payments, very nice support. The verification process is really fast, you don’t face any usual problems like in other casinos.
Although my experience was very nice with BitStarz an unexpected issue occurred about extra fees on the deposit method via Mastercard or visa. They claim no deposit or withdrawal fee but they payment provider certainly keeps 5% fee. Om March i deposit 4500 now and everything gone normal. But in April I tried to deposit 1500 + 3000 now in 2 different transactions. The amount they depict is in usd. But the equal amount to usd is much higher. So from my bank instead of 4500 I got charged totally 4750nok. I contacted the customer support many times. I explained everything to them but they don’t admit it. They keep saying we are responsible for any extra exchange rates and or additional fees which is not true. That left me too much unsatisfied. They actually keep fee to all of kind of transactions and in cryptocurrency of course
Hi there! Thank you for reviewing us and providing valid feedback :) So sorry about the payment fees you were charged, but it's worth noting that we absorb the payment fee on our end. What might occur on your side is the currency conversion if you use a NOK account and depositing in USD :/ But we do offer NOK as currency to my knowledge, so by sending in NOK that should take care of it I believe (but I might be wrong). Crypto is by far the best option however, for many reasons, but especially for the speed of both deposits and withdrawals. If you have any questions regarding that or anything else, just let us know and we'll be happy to help :) And thank you once more for your feedback and have a great day :) Olle
Fast Game play, fast wagering. Huge variety of new and old slots. From old classics to the new mega multi-line pay slots.
Excellent screen quality and gameplay is fairly stable with minimal glitches.
Faster Cashout times would be great, especially with international payments. Any withdrawals taking longer than 48 hours are not effective. Add more spot bonus prizes on random games.
Hi there! Thank you so much for the kind words and for taking your time to provide some valid feedback :) So, when it comes to cash out times for FIAT options, they are a bit slow depending on the method :/ we always process payments fast on our end, but if you're doing a bank transfer it can take a bit of time due to banks being slow :/ We always recommend crypto as an option as that will ensure the fastest possible transactions for both deposits and withdrawals, so if you'd be interested in getting the money within 10 minutes instead of 48 hours, please just reach out to us and we'd be happy to help :) And thank you for your feedback! Olle
There is a wide variety of games and great customer service. Anytime I called I always had the best customer service they were very friendly knowledgeable and fair.
The wait time for withdrawal. When you withdraw it takes too long from the time it pans till the time you get it in your bank account as well the bonus expects too much play at time before you can withdraw.
Hi there! Just wanted to start by saying thank you so much for your amazing review :) When it comes to the withdrawals, it depends a bit on the method, but I do agree that bank transfers are among the slowest options :( I wish we could do them faster but Banks are notoriously slow sadly :/ That said, if you're willing to give crypto a shot and get instant deposits and withdrawals pretty much, just reach out to us via live chat and we'd be happy to help you out :) Olle
Lots of options to play, many games that I like, allows you to choose the game by the maker, Had a very very quick response with the chat and a very very quick response for payments into my bank.
Only takes bitcoin now for payments??? This was their response" I'm afraid the payment methods available can vary and sometimes methods that were available in the past aren't available anymore.
It looks like you only have crypto available to deposit and withdraw with, but the exact details as to why is not something I can speculate on unfortunately as the available payment methods can change continuously.
The good news is that crypto is usually faster to receive funds with than traditional payment methods, so we recommend you try out Bitcoin! ⚡"
Hi there, Thank you so much for reviewing us :) So, when it comes to payment options available, I wish that we could provide every possible option to every country in the world. But sadly it's not always our decision to decide which ones we can bring onboard as it's the payment provider who make the call on what country they provide their services to. Thus, there are some deposit methods that work in some countries and not the other, which is a shame but sadly we don't have the power to change the business model of those other companies. But, crypto is indeed a better options as it's available all over the world, and it's super fast and cheap. So if you'd be interested in giving it a shot, just let me know :) But I also understand if you prefer other options out there in other casinos, and I respect your preferences :) Olle

What I love most about BitStarz... TRANSPARENCY! I would definitely recommend to family and friends. What I also love is their referral program. It's practically like passive income for me. The customer support is on point and fast. Very helpful. Love the layout and the games! It has everything! Honestly it's THE TOTAL PACKAGE when it comes to online gambling.
Can't think of a single thing. It really does have everything you need to have a great time in the comfort of your home. 10 out of 10 stars is what they deserve. You can take my word for it or not. Either way they have easily won my business for life. Thank you for the wonderful wins and all the pure nostalgia that you provide.

Well I don't know what to say but this is the best casino i'v played on, the withdrawals are so fast couldn't believe it , and not like many sites you can withdrawal 4k a week and that's really good :) 10/10 casino

I honestly love all the games and promotions! They are really great to play with and love the withdrawal and how fast it is! I also love the support chat and they are really great with the service and try their best to help you out!
I don’t like some of the deposit methods. I hate that some of the deposit methods I can’t deposit with. I also don’t like the fact that sometimes my page shuts off and it restarts but glad it continues where I left off playing.
Hi there! :) Thank you so much for reviewing us, and for the 10/10 score! :) I'm so sorry about the site issues, have you reported it to our support by any chance? Your experience is important to us, so if the issue continues, please report to our support so we can help you :) Also, if there's any feedback on the payment methods you can use, feel free to mention that too to our support (or me) and we'll see what we can do :) Wishing you the best of luck going forward! I'm a new player here on BitStarz, and only deposited two times. with that said, so far I really like this place mostly because of the withdrawal time. I managed to win a good amount both times and withdrew. It took around 20 minutes both times which almost never happened to me. Also very chill design and only positive emotions from their live chat. Very good casino with a great library of games!
Everything about this site is perfect. Insanely quick payouts, huge game selection, 24/7 customer support, and tons of player bonuses. This site is in my top 5 ever played online. If you don't play here you missing out.
