However, it's been almost 2 days and my withdrawals are still pending due to being reviewed for the big win. I'm a bit worried about receiving my money because other casinos like stake for example do not have this "big win review" process, so I don't know why it take so long to process my withdraw with Bitstarz. The payment methods will vary from time to time. Before my big win about 2 to 3 weeks ago I used to be able to deposit easily using my visa debit. I was going to deposit today but my payment method was gone and my only option was crypto which I have never done before. Asked my spouse to look at his payment methods, and he still had interac etransfer and visa methods available to him. When I asked support, they couldn't give me any info other than "payment methods will vary from time to time" but apparently this isn't the case for all the players... oh but they won't tell you if it is or not because they can't discuss other players' info. So I asked "in general" if players could only play on Bitstarz with Crypto... and they still couldn't tell me 🤷♀️ I asked if I would ever be able to deposit using my old methods and they couldn't even tell me that.
