Unfortunately, I have made 3 deposits with Neosurf, whom I never had any problems with before.
All 3 deposits ended up nowhere and I had to contact support by email and wait for some finance department to find my funds and credit them. When you want to gamble a little bit of money, you want to do it at the time, not a few days later. I made first 2 deposit one day, 3 weeks ago, I thought it was an problem that day only so tried now again and same issue. Unbelievable how they can't sort a simple thing like this. Really bad experience. no offering of compensation or nothing. I don't think they even said sorry for the inconvenience.

Spent 3 week to get verified to be able to make withdrawals. I was told before i deposited that many players didnt even need to be verified. But when I won I had to take a selfie of myself holding my passport in front of the computer screen showing the chat with betmaster. After three weeks I was verified, was able to withdraw some of it before withdrawals were closed off again. This time due to "technical difficulties" that had no foreseeable timeline. No way to set limits on site or to close account. Had to close my account via mail, but according to them due to an misunderstanding was still able to continue to make deposits to that email address. They keep trying to justify it, while I doubt it is legal what they did.

We had a bit "ruff" start when i start using them with delaying possibilities to withdraw etc. But i'm sure that was just some misunderstandings. You can only withdraw your money after 24 hours after the last deposit. Only reason that I can think about is that they want to let you play with your winnings again.

Unfortunately I had A LOT of luck on this casino. I deposited 250 euros and got very lucky. At some point I had 10K!!! Then the hassle to cash out started. First it is not possible to cash out within 24 hours of depositing. So I waited 24 hours. Then it was only possible to cash out max 2000 euros (Askgamblers states 7000 per day). So I did the first 2000. After a while I received an online message (not an e-mail). Since the casino window was open on my browser the next day I read the message. I had to send standard documents, passport, credit card AND A SELFIE with the passport and credit card INCLUDING the chat on the background?!
