Hello Nitroboj, Hope you are doing well. First of all, thank you for both of your reviews, one positive and another negative. As we told you in our Live Chat conversation, both positive and negative feedback is very important to us since it helps us to improve our product. We are happy to notify you that the withdrawal logic for crypto currencies was changed, there is no more a time limit to withdraw funds. We can also see that before you were able to withdraw your funds successfully, so we really hope you can give us another chance. Also, please kindly be advised that your freebet is still waiting for you. Please let us know if you have any further questions, Thank you.
Fast registration and great welcome bonus. The email support team response is very fast, they respond in few minutes but not solving the problemas. The odds are ok.
Timeframe that I was given to first verify my account: 14 business days!!!
In their website they state:
"
- Quick registration by phone number
- Instant withdrawal of winnings
- Wide selection of events and disciplines
- Betting in 2 clicks
- Anonymity
"
So there it goes "Anonymity" and "Instant withdrawal". Just hope that after those 3 weeks they pay my winnings.
Hi Jorgevieira1967, Thank you very much for you feedback. We are very sorry that you have had this inconvenience with our KYC process. Yes, indeed the verification is generally not needed when withdrawing funds, however in some rare cases it may be requested by our Security Department. The verification process usually takes less than 14 business days, but in some cases may take up to 14 business days according to the company's rules. Based on the date when you left your comment, you should have successfully withdrawn all your winnings by now. But if there is any further issue, please don't hesitate to reach out again to our Live Chat support (please also mention that Betmaster representative asked you to reach out again via Askgamblers) and we will be happy to assist you. Thank you!
I stumbled upon Betmaster casino a few days ago when I noticed them on Askgamblers list of new casinos. They interested me as they offered a 100% bonus for first deposit and didn't seem to have any bad reputation. The bonus had 50x wagering requirement, which isn't ideal but also isn't too bad. So I decided to sign up and claim it.
The sign up was fast and I made a deposit of 20eur. I got the bonus right away so I had 40eur balance and 1000eur wagering to meet. I did check the casinos' terms and conditions and didn't see any particular restricted games so I wanted to reach out to customer support. Although they do have a live chat, it seems that they work limited hours so I wasn't able to get in touch with them which is a shame. Only then I realized why there weren't any specific restricted games. At first I got confused as I was seeing only a few games from each provider but then I realized it was because the "Popular" games filter was on. I was worried that there were only a few games at the casino which thankfully wasn't the case.
At first I decided to play Mustang Gold slot. I played with minimum bets, managed to get a bonus quickly and got my balance over 60eur. Then I decided to play the Book of Oz which I have played just a few times. I didn't have a good run on it and I lost my balance without a single feature or any win over 30x bet. A few days later I got my first free spins which were a part of the welcome bonus. I had 10 free spins on Crazy Monkey slot and I won just a few cents which I played out on the same slot.
Overall I had a good time at Betmaster casino. I think they have a very wide game selection and I was pleased with the options they had. None of the games lagged so that was good too. However, the only downside is the fact that their live support isn't available 24/7. I would consider depositing there again, as aside from lack of support assistance I have no complaints.
Hi Blondie! Thanks a lot for finding time to leave such a detailed feedback about our product. We really appreciate that you mentioned our Live chat service that you didn't like, since any feedback is valuable and gives us an opportunity to improve our service. I am so sorry that you didn't have a proper support on time as expected, but I want to assure you that this issue has been fixed by now and our Live Chat is available 24/7. You can check it out when have time ;) Thank you!
I like this game. Without any markups and markups, I can say that this is a casino that deserves the highest respect. There are many advantages.
Simple / fast / clear registration, without any hours of verification and without any additions to sending / checking documents.
User-friendly / simple / intuitive interface of the site, easy to use and convenient.
Withdrawal usually takes a matter of seconds, which is a huge plus for the user. Bring on the Kiwi wallet, money wallet dropped for a second. The most convenient / popular methods are implemented for the input / output of funds.
Everything is very simple and fast. Betmaster casino offers great promotions. For example, tennis Monday / basketball Wednesday / hockey Friday / juicer.
Within the framework of loyalty, a lot has really been done for users. I do courses in Betmaster, to be honest, every day, a myriad of different courses and honestly never regretted that I chose this BC.
BC without excess realistically a respected. I'll give you a solid five.

Have posted earlier a positive review about fast btc withdrawal. I would like to be known that this is not the case anymore. Have made my last deposit via btc, have tried to made a wd of cca 40€ via btc, but now they have implemented that withdrawals are possible after 24 hrs after deposit, this is just stupid, especially for btc deposits and withdrawals. For me this is a firm no, so I will not play there again since I lost my money not being able to withdraw.
