BetKings was one of those casinos that has both casino games and sports betting, but I'm interested only in the slot games, and not even in the live casino games. I don't play them as I've never been attracted to such table games. Maybe I'm expecting one day that Neteller deposits and withdrawals have become available at last, who knows.

At first I was a little confused as their name is very similar to Bets King casino, the only difference is one letter. They are powered by 2 softwares one of which is Netent and I always am interested in exploring Netent casinos, but what really caught my attention was the welcome bonus package for players' first 3 deposits. Reason why I was excited about playing at Betkings casino was the fact that for first deposit they offered 100% match bonus with 100 free spins. Nevertheless, I claimed both bonuses in the very same day and after some decent playtime, I lost them both. I played both on instant play and mobile and unfortunately on mobile I had a lot of technical issues like game unavailable at least once in 100 spins and then I had to reload the game, while on instant play there were such issues only a few times.

After I had lost both deposits I decided to contact casino's support. Unfortunately they don't offer live chat, so I wrote them an email instead. I was asking that since I lost 50€ that day (for both deposits of 25€) if there was something free I could receive. I received a reply a couple of hours later (I wrote in the night and reply was early in the morning) saying that they really value their players and that my account was credited with 100 free spins on Twin Spin Touch. Overall I had a good time at Betkings casino and I think they are a decent casino. A couple of days later I claimed their 3rd welcome bonus as well and lost it too. I really hope there won't be any technical issues in the future and that they will add live chat too, but all in all they seem like a good casino that values their customers.

It's all ways nice find Netent slots. It's only positive point in this casino.

Unprofessional casino, slots with many errors that make it almost impossible to play,(some times a spin take 4 to 6 seconds to be made) request to close account has not complied with, do not respond to emails sent, have a lot to improve, be careful the bank does not offer withdrawal options.
