Hello Askgamblers, I wrote earlier but it was rejected, I hope this time I have compiled everything necessary.

1.- On April 24, I deposit 100 dollars in the casino Ventura without bonus, i betting in blackjack and my final balance was 140. attached image of the deposit "deposit to casino ventura 100 dollars 24th april" and "confirmation, deposit to casino ventura 100 dollars 24th april"

2.- on May 27 he made a withdrawal of 140 dollars, attached image "confirmation, deposit to casino ventura 100 dollars 24th july"

3.- On July 7 I tried to access my account but it was not possible, then contacted the support and told me that I did not have an account with them, it was then that they explained me that they migrated their website and some accounts were not migrated correctly between them mine, so they asked for my account details to restore it. attached image "they created my new password but my balance was zero 24th july", later I will create my password but my balance was 0.attached image "they created my new password but my balance was zero 24th july"

4.- since then the i was contacting support and they do not want to return my balance. his argument is that they gave me 50 dollars of bonus which i does not accept and that they refuse to give me back my 140 dollars, because of his administration make his decision, as it can be seen totally biased affecting my balance and stealing the 140 dollars.

Closed account and not paying my winnings

Confiscated legitimate winnings without proper justification
I opened a casino account Casinoventura a year ago, made a lot of deposits and withdraws money, On last Monday ( 19.06.1988) I made a 88e deposit and received a 100% bonus, I made the required bet and made a withdrawal of 2000e , Today I received a return only my last deposit. (88e) I always read the exact terms and is sure I no broke the rules of the casino, casino did not give any reason and evidence that it broke some rules, I do not understand the casino's decision and why they do not give a reason why they steal my money. Casino they think I made deposits a few times each in a row using a 100% bonus, it's not true. I made deposits between taking a 100% bonus. Casino is lying. The casino does not show any evidence. Refuses to pay honest winnings claiming mysterious ''technical default''
I've had the pleasure of trying some different Casino's and since I'm new to this world I was a little hesitant and worried what kind of people were running these sites. To my surprise I have to say I'm positively surprised. EVERY Casino I've won at have paid the full amount of my winnings. Some have been slow to pay out but with a little reminding they've always fulfilled their duties, except ONE. ONE casino stands out: CASINO VENTURA DO NOT PLAY THIS CASINO!!! I played slots and won 2500USD on my first deposit that included a welcome bonus. I played through the wagering requirements. I then sent a request for a withdrawal to make sure this was ALSO an honest casino. I got a response that my withdrawal was denied. Nothing more. I emailed the cashier but did not get a response at first. So I asked in the chat. They looked into my case and found the following to say about the reason for my withdrawal being denied: The winnings have been forfeited according to terms and conditions due to fraudulent behavior and taking unfair advantage. I then questioned how I'd been "fraudulent and unfair" when I've played exactly according to their requirements. I then get a fairly surprising email that "the winnings have occured after a technical default and that they don't believe I was responsible for this" and that they've credited MY DEPOSIT back to my balance.... THANKS! SO, they blame these winnings on a technical default on their end.. (the games were working fine all this time, by the way) and because of this they've stripped me from 2500USD and returned 100 instead. Perhaps they thought I'd be happy and could start over winning again... well, what's the reason really, when you can't win at this site without being "fraudulant and unfair" or that, God forbids, there should be ANOTHER technical default. I've followed up and let them know that I will spread this at gamblers forums, not to be an ******** but to WARN other players of CASINO VENTURA. They brought it up for review with their management for further investigation and decided that the decision they took remains final. Bottomline: they have admitted it's their fault and still feels I don't have the right to my honestly won winnings as you can see in the mail conversations provided via the screen dumps attached. And more importantly, there is no breach of bonus terms, this is not a delay in payment. This is fraud straight up and down and I have the emails to prove it. They took a chance at not paying and I've offered Casino Ventura several times to resolve this matter but to no avail. I've been polite in my emails and the only thing I've done is to tell them that I will go to askgamblers and even so they decided to not pay the money. Thanks for your time. Nothing apart from selection of games

User experience was the worst I have experienced. The withdrawal process is horrific, its like they actually are trying to not pay you. This casino reeks of corruption. Steer clear.

There are plenty of deposit bonuses available.

Unclear bonus rules! I warn you about the terms of the Casino Rules: "claiming multiple deposit bonuses without any other deposit in between." I was denied a big withdraw because of that rule!

I made a withdrawal and a few hours later I received an email asking me to verify my account (it was my first withdrawal). My documents has been approved in less than 24 hours and my withdrawal has been approved the same day.

It's so fast that I wanted to write about it. Usually it takes days if not weeks with other casinos. The live support was very helpful and efficient.

The selection of games for Spain is limited. Netent and Microgaming doesn't accept players from spain.... Pity.

Casino Ventura is one of the latest added casinos. I discovered them a couple of months ago when I saw somewhere their ad that said that they offer 100% welcome bonus. It intrigued me for two reasons- first of all they are powered by Netent, Microgaming and few other softwares and secondly the bonus had only 30x bonus wagering requirements. Offers like this are really hard to find so after I saw that I could play there, I didn't hesitate to register. I made a 25€ deposit and got a match bonus.

So in my session I played only Twin Spin and didn't manage to win much and lost all. After that I didn't make another deposit for a while just because I was hoping that a better offer would come along as they don't have more than just one welcome bonus and few other promotions. On friday 13th they were running a black friday promotion of 100% match bonus and the same wagering. I made a 20€ deposit and received 20€ bonus, with only 800€ wagering to do.

I played only Twin Spin with 0.50€ bets and I had quite some luck as I managed to meet wagering within two hours and withdrew 125€. I did't need to verify myself with any documents and the money arrived to my skrill account the next day.

Overall I have only the best experience at their casino and I will definitely play there again.I have had a few conversations with their live support and they are really easy to reach, professional and friendly. Although their promotions aren't the most generous in terms of the match amount, they have really good wagering as the welcome bonus has 30x bonus rollover but others 20x dep+bonus. My only withdrawal so far was fast and without any issues, so other than the fact that I would like to see more promotions, there's nothing I would change about them.

Casino Ventura is another casino I have played maybe 2 weeks ago.I saw this casino in some other site so what made me, to open an account here was off course, the free spins offer, well didn't had any, just because I was not eligible for that offer.

So that was maybe 1 month ago and when I was thinning were to deposit and take some bonus but off course with decent wagering I opened this casino and honestly they have one of the lowest wagering of bonuses compared to some another newly casinos.

Ok, not my favorite casino licence they have and of course that would be Curacao one, but let hope they are decent casino, because so far didn't hear or read anything about this guys.Still liked their look of their web site and specially the wagering of their welcome bonus.The other interesting part is they offer a cash back on every deposit made and as I recall is 10% which is a bit unclear to me but still didn't had any, but when I do will inform you how does that works.

When I asked the live support which I give them 7/10, must say not so friendly neither informative, do I qualify for that cash back bonus I was told no, just because I took their welcome package, so I guess any deposit without any bonus attached qualifies for their cash back.

So Imade one small deposit of 20 euros got the bonus automatically and start my journey with my favorite game Piggy Riches slot. Piggy has been so much generous in the previous months but lately cant say the same. So playing Piggy Riches my balance was going up and down till I hit zero on my account.
