Casino Ventura rejected my withdrawal on my first big win (46000SEK). In the email I received, they told me to contact support for further explanations. I contacted support and first they told me that my withdrawal was declined because I had used several 100% bonuses in a row which is not accepted according to their therms and conditions. That I could prove wrong – or they did it themselves. The focus moved directly to claim "irregular gameplay" – that I had no deposits not using a bonus. That this is not allowed is not stated in their terms. When I signed up at Casino Ventura I choose a what they called "bonus path" – a bonus was offered on every deposit. How can they offer such thing and then argue it is irregular gameplay? I don't see what I have done wrong. I want my money.

In the case of a violated casino or bonus terms and regardless of the fact whether player consider these terms as fair or not, AskGamblers Complaints Team is not able to help, because we are adamant in our position that the rules are made to be respected and followed. All matters concerning the fairness of a particular casino or bonus term/s player could address directly to the casino's licensing authority as they are the only one who could void that rule or force the casino to change it.

After the third time I violated the rule I did not get any notification about you drawing a line. This I found out right now – after a big win and a rejected withdrawal, a couple of deposits later. I won on a deposit using a 100% bonus. The deposit before that was on a deposit using a 60% bonus (no win).
I have never said that you have forced me to violate the terms. What I did was my mistake, and probably a common one. What I think is unethical is your way of encourage mistakes and not drawing the line until the player wins. I have no opinion on whether your rules are fair or not – only about your way of applying them.

You have played and withdrawn many times during your stay with us, so I don't think you are in any position to call us unfair. After you violated the terms for the 3th time we had no other choice but to draw the line. This would have happened with or without any winning.
It's easy to say "I didn't know", and it's even easier to blame someone else. We didn't force you to violate the terms and we believe our terms to be fair. Our bonuses are intended for recreational purposes only. I understand that you are gaining a lot of money by having this rule. In order to stand up for fair play I suggest you to only offer bonuses that the player actually can win money on. Since you also offer a 100% bonus on every 5th deposit it must be easy for you to also keep track on what bonuses the players not are entitled to use. It is easy to accept the bonuses that are offered and if everything seems fine you don't suspect that you are doing something wrong. From my side, this has been honest misstakes that I did not know I had made until now. It seems cruel only to "investigate" the players deposits after a big win. It should be easy for you to change the way you are offering bonuses. Then you don't need that rule you are referring to and you don't need to spend time "investigating", looking for "bonus abusers". Stand up for fair play and don't abuse players that make misstakes.
With the above stated facts, I still argue that I'm entitled of my winnings.
If you think that you are fair but claiming players are not, at least you should pay back all the deposits that I made with no chans winning on. The same for all other players that have made the same misstake.
