$1.200 withdrawal unfairly declined

Hello.


On Apr-3, I deposited $26.99 and redeemed $26.99 bonus.

I completed the wagering requirements (Screenshot 1) and requested two cashouts - $1.000 and $200.

Today, Apr-4, I got an email saying my withdrawal requests have been declined.

I immediately contacted Live Support and chat agent Matilda told me that my winnings have been forfeited because I claimed multiple 100% deposit bonuses without any other deposit in between.

When I deposited, I didn't get any warning of that rule; on the contrary - they gladly accepted all of my deposits (Feb-2, Feb-20, Mar-8, Apr-3; Screenshot 2) with which I claimed 100% bonuses. In other words, you can claim several 100% bonuses in a row, although you can't win anything with them.

Even chat agent Matilda said: "Our players are free to claim several 100% bonus deposits in a row Kristijan".


Now I got an email saying:

"Please be kindly informed your withdrawal was declined and your winnings forfeited as we have noticed some irregular bonus used on your account recently, we have put the original deposit back in your account, meanwhile your account is currently under review, time for our team to review your bonus situation. "


I'm really sad and confused at the same time.

I'm a verified member and have really liked Casino Ventura. On their website they say they are safe & fair - I really hope they will prove it by resolving my case.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with valid evidence on behalf the management of Casino Ventura where it is clearly displayed that player used two 100% deposit match bonuses in a row without 'bonus-free' deposits in between and namely:

- 8.3.2017 18:18:00 - Player deposited 27.00 USD
- 8.3.2017 18:19:00 - Player claimed 100% deposit match bonus - 27.00 USD
- 3.4.2017 14:53:00 - Player deposited 26.99 USD
- 3.4.2017 14:54:00 - Player claimed 100% deposit match bonus - 26.99 USD

Player by this actions violated the following rule from the General bonus terms and conditions:

- ...(ii) claiming multiple hundred percent (100%) deposit bonuses without any other deposit in between...

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body.

I appreciate your answer and explanations, but still can't accept them as well as limitations imposed by the last T&C update.

Until recently, you were a great casino and I had lots of fun with you, but now I don't feel safe and comfortable anymore to continue playing with you.

You're definitely not a robot to us, and I'm sorry you feel treated that way. I believe you when you say that you did not intended to break the T&C, and that is why we returned your deposit back to your balance. You are still welcome to play and withdraw in our casino, and to use all our bonuses.

All players have received the popup during their first login after the 1st of March, it was impossible to continue without reading and accepting the terms.

It's always possible to choose if and which bonus you want to claim. We offer a 100% loyalty bonus every 5th, 10th, 15th etc. deposit, which has a wagering requirement of 20 x bonus + deposit. We also offer a 100% reload bonus on Monday, this bonus has a wagering of 50 x bonus. And as you said, we offer 30%, 50% and 60% on all other deposits, also with the wagering requirement of 20 x bonus + deposit.

I understand your disappointment. You're a valued player who (unintentionally) broke the rules. This was the warning you wanted. Your deposit was placed back on your balance, and are free to play, withdraw and use all our bonuses, without breaking the terms naturally.

Hello again and thank you for your answer, Sarah.


When I signed up, I read T&C carefully, but do not remember being notified via pop-up or email about T&C change. Otherwise, I would've definitely reviewed them.

Furthermore, when claiming my last 100% bonus, I could've been warned that I was not allowed to claim it.


I still think it is not fair that we can't choose which bonuses we will claim, especially considering the fact that 100% bonuses have higher wagering requirements (50x) compared to others.

I also don't consider myself a bonus abuser, as I don't play that frequently, and have claimed 30%, 60% and 50% bonuses too in the past.

Besides confiscating winnings from my favorite slot, what hurts me more is the feeling that I've been treated like a robot, who's not allowed to make a single mistake (even if not aware of making it), and not like a human.


I hope that other players won't find themselves in a situation like this, although I just saw an other complaint very similar to mine.

Hello Askgamblers, I wrote earlier but it was rejected, I hope this time I have compiled everything necessary.

1.- On April 24, I deposit 100 dollars in the casino Ventura without bonus, i betting in blackjack and my final balance was 140. attached image of the deposit "deposit to casino ventura 100 dollars 24th april" and "confirmation, deposit to casino ventura 100 dollars 24th april"

2.- on May 27 he made a withdrawal of 140 dollars, attached image "confirmation, deposit to casino ventura 100 dollars 24th july"

3.- On July 7 I tried to access my account but it was not possible, then contacted the support and told me that I did not have an account with them, it was then that they explained me that they migrated their website and some accounts were not migrated correctly between them mine, so they asked for my account details to restore it. attached image "they created my new password but my balance was zero 24th july", later I will create my password but my balance was 0.attached image "they created my new password but my balance was zero 24th july"

4.- since then the i was contacting support and they do not want to return my balance. his argument is that they gave me 50 dollars of bonus which i does not accept and that they refuse to give me back my 140 dollars, because of his administration make his decision, as it can be seen totally biased affecting my balance and stealing the 140 dollars.

Closed account and not paying my winnings

Confiscated legitimate winnings without proper justification
I opened a casino account Casinoventura a year ago, made a lot of deposits and withdraws money, On last Monday ( 19.06.1988) I made a 88e deposit and received a 100% bonus, I made the required bet and made a withdrawal of 2000e , Today I received a return only my last deposit. (88e) I always read the exact terms and is sure I no broke the rules of the casino, casino did not give any reason and evidence that it broke some rules, I do not understand the casino's decision and why they do not give a reason why they steal my money. Casino they think I made deposits a few times each in a row using a 100% bonus, it's not true. I made deposits between taking a 100% bonus. Casino is lying. The casino does not show any evidence. Each casino may write that it has broken rules or that the player is a bonus abuse but it is necessary to prove, casino Ventura will not prove that I broke the rules, I am more than certain,

Refuses to pay honest winnings claiming mysterious ''technical default''
I've had the pleasure of trying some different Casino's and since I'm new to this world I was a little hesitant and worried what kind of people were running these sites. To my surprise I have to say I'm positively surprised. EVERY Casino I've won at have paid the full amount of my winnings. Some have been slow to pay out but with a little reminding they've always fulfilled their duties, except ONE. ONE casino stands out: CASINO VENTURA DO NOT PLAY THIS CASINO!!! I played slots and won 2500USD on my first deposit that included a welcome bonus. I played through the wagering requirements. I then sent a request for a withdrawal to make sure this was ALSO an honest casino. I got a response that my withdrawal was denied. Nothing more. I emailed the cashier but did not get a response at first. So I asked in the chat. They looked into my case and found the following to say about the reason for my withdrawal being denied: The winnings have been forfeited according to terms and conditions due to fraudulent behavior and taking unfair advantage. I then questioned how I'd been "fraudulent and unfair" when I've played exactly according to their requirements. I then get a fairly surprising email that "the winnings have occured after a technical default and that they don't believe I was responsible for this" and that they've credited MY DEPOSIT back to my balance.... THANKS! SO, they blame these winnings on a technical default on their end.. (the games were working fine all this time, by the way) and because of this they've stripped me from 2500USD and returned 100 instead. Perhaps they thought I'd be happy and could start over winning again... well, what's the reason really, when you can't win at this site without being "fraudulant and unfair" or that, God forbids, there should be ANOTHER technical default. I've followed up and let them know that I will spread this at gamblers forums, not to be an ******** but to WARN other players of CASINO VENTURA. They brought it up for review with their management for further investigation and decided that the decision they took remains final. Bottomline: they have admitted it's their fault and still feels I don't have the right to my honestly won winnings as you can see in the mail conversations provided via the screen dumps attached. And more importantly, there is no breach of bonus terms, this is not a delay in payment. This is fraud straight up and down and I have the emails to prove it. They took a chance at not paying and I've offered Casino Ventura several times to resolve this matter but to no avail. I've been polite in my emails and the only thing I've done is to tell them that I will go to askgamblers and even so they decided to not pay the money. Thanks for your time.
