In last year I found a new casino with an exclusive no deposit promotion, that was the Boogiebet casino. They offered 10 euro free when open an account. The wagering was 35 times and the maximum cash out was 200 euro. I decided to take a part in it and open an account.

I signed up and filled the registration form then I had to open my account section and claim the free money from the promotions tab. After it I get the bonus money instantly. I like when I don’t have to talk the support to claim no deposit offers because some times the operators don’t know about some exclusive offers and try to give match bonuses. The only criteria was, I only can play on netent slots and I didn’t allow to place bets more then 4 euro. I started with the spinata grande with 1 euro stakes. That session was terrible because I get the mini slot feature two times and I only collect a few euro. That was the reason why I started to play on Twin spins with 1.25 euro bets. I had only 30 euro so I wasn’t think I will get a profit.

BoogieBet probably wanted that no one would get it so easily, or something like that, I think! Hahaha.

Ah well, with the Bonus money in hand, I proceeded to play the only game that I would play from BetSoft, Fruit Zen. Loading of the game took a long time, my slow ISP wasn't helping either, but I finally got the game started, played it, and lost all of it rather quickly too. Yeah, the game played badly, and it didn't even give me any reason to boogie, sheesh! No boogie at BoogieBet for me, and from thereon, it went into my deep freezer, hahaha.

Boogiebet is a casino I explored somewhat earlier in July. I had seen their name somewhere and after checking them out I saw that they are powered by Netent and other softwares so that got me interested. So after registration and account verification, I read the promotional terms multiple times and as I couldn't find any bonus code, I thought that the bonus would be added to me automatcially, if I made the required deposit. They had skrill as payment option so I deposited 25€ with skrill and the money was in my account immediately, but there were no signs of the casino bonus. I checked everywhere I could think of, but didn't find anything. They don't have live support, so at that moment I felt like depositing there was a bad idea. Anyways, I did write to support emails multiple times and it took them an hour to answer me. Luckily the answer was that they had added the bonus to my account manually.

So when I got back at my account, I saw that I had 50€ balance and I had to wager 875€. I was on my phone and I was pleased with the game selection they offered. First saw their licence which is Curacao and do not trust them too much but when I saw Maltese licence, ok I said I think I am god to go here, still more safer then the first mentioned one.

Since I didn't saw any of that I thought that the bonus is automatic, then made one small deposit of 25 euros and that was the minimum deposit to trigger their bonus and thought the the bonus will appear right after. No bonus, no nothing, no live support very big minus for newly added casino and their email support real disaster, they answered the day after, saying I should contact them first without touching my deposit so that way they wold add the bonus.

Well let me tell you something I have played at many casinos and mostly when something like this happens, I was always given the bonus as a apologies for their delay.

Boogiebetif I made deposit and your bonus is not added, then receiving an replay from you, that I should contact you and you would add the bonus manually and on top of that you don't have support as it should, you answer after 12 hours, if I make deposit I expect to get the bonus right away, other way I would deposit in another casino where I wont be having any problems.

I was playing Piggy Riches slot the game was so slow, the game was lagging all the time so I cant say I was having good time there, finished my 25 euros very Fast. I will never deposit again here, not type of casinos where I am use to play, with all the competition out here you should know better.
