The site is great but it can be better if the live chat is available 24/7 and not just for 12 hours. I always consider the responsiveness of a site whenever I play. I really hope that they try to extend their answering hours more. It may also be better if they start to expound their payment methods to be available on all the countries they support since some don't work for me.

Forgot password and they cannot resolve problem. I left money on this site. Cannot withdraw and no one to talk to. They keep saying they are reviewing and trying to fix it, and they don’t. Variety of games is pretty solid. Easy (and fast) deposit and cashout. Did have some fairly big wins here! $17K & $19K but generally my dollars did not last very long if I was not winning big.

My big turn off here was account support. Always long delays on the live chat and they always were very slow in responding; often times they would send messages that were meant for other customers. Very confusing and unprofessional- definitely not something that inspires confidence! Overall felt like it was lacking that personal touch that some other places do very well.

Small side notes: Not enough account bonuses - I was a loyal user (regularly maintained diamond/plat status) for over a year and received very few incentives aside from some match bonuses. I found the withdraws to be unpredictable in terms of timing, though I did win fairly big a few times here!

I won 18000.00 on mega moolah on Monday and by Friday I had my money in my account it is a legit casino pay no attention to all the negative comments they are one of the best.

Was unable to get the software working on two very tripped out devices. Their troubleshooting recommendation was to reset the router. :-S Minimum withdrawal is 50.00 so I had to add more money in order to withdraw the 40.00 I couldn't play. Stick with your Government sites like BCLC.

Gotta say that this casino is seriously the pits.
The chat staff are horrid they are rude and they are no help.
And forget about anything, no deposit even after you make mega drpisits and ask for a bit of help, they say not enough depositing.

Put simply, the withdrawal process, I have been trying to prove my identity for about two months if not longer speaking to multiple people on multiple occasions in an attempt to get my account or my identity "verified". I have submitted copies of original documents that have worked with other online companies, brokers etc. that require ID verification and they have been refused on multiple occassions by ALL SLOTS CASINO, each time with a different excuse or reason for rejection. The variety and enjoyment of playing this casino's slots unfortunately isn't enough to keep me playing at this casino. Overall, I've had a very stressful experience in trying to obtain my withdrawal, literally spending hours of my time in my attempts to prove my identity and receive my funds. This has gone on for over 6 weeks, and I've not received a satisfactory customer service response from the casino. You deal with a different person each time you respond, and receive very incompetent replies.

Signed up they gave me a bonus of $110 on top of the $100 I deposited got up to $460 tried to withdraw it said unable to withdraw requirements not met. So I called the helpline she said that I need to bet $110 worth of bets on the slots because at this stage I only played blackjack.
