I think this is the slot where we don’t have to look hard for what can be the theme of the game because it is either very evident or for some gamblers it just seems that it really hasn’t one or it’s just maybe a sign of lacking in imagination or originality from the creators’ part. The name of Sale of the Century refers to a popular TV quiz show but to those players who are from countries where this show wasn’t televised this kind of illustration doesn’t say anything and they can see just items as symbols so the subject of the game really can be anything. We play here with TV, watches, scooter, washing machine, car, fur coat icons and it’s true the graphics of them are very decent with proper color usage and one by one they all look good but somehow together they doesn’t form a real unit and I blame the creators for all of this because I believe without knowing anything about the show that inspired the creation of this slot it still should be more expressive and with better combined graphical and design work the overall visual effect would be much more impressive and attractive, but the way it is now it simply just can’t be.

However much I don’t sympathize with the interface (better saying with the way how the developer structured this) it still could be a good slot with great game qualities but unfortunately it also doesn’t have that. Maybe the features and add-on's are there and show good qualities on the paytable but playing the game they prove almost all of them are useless and from money wise standpoint they’re very poor.

At this 25-payline slot the top prize what a line win can provide is 5000 times of line bet. During that stage a special gift token can appear on the reels and after the 8 spins are completed these collected token can be changed to items in the Gift Shop where every item means cash prizes. It won’t be a bad side game if the final won amount was around what the player wish for but most of the times it is not really worth to play with because I barely could collect more than 10-15 times of total bet.

There’s another feature named Super Pick which comes along if 3 ‘?’ signs appear on the middle reels then all 9 symbols on the inner reels transform into ‘?’ figure and we must pick one of them. The selected emblem can award us either instant cash prize, free spins, both of them or an entry to Gift Shop. The number of free spins is randomly chosen and all wins are tripled during that session. This also a very rarely occurring feature and I’d be lie if I say I saw this extra more than 2 or 3 time.

As you can see the slot has some features that seem great but my biggest problem with them is that they are very, very rarely triggered and most of the times they really have weak rewarding habits. I think this is the territory where the game must improve a lot to be considered a good game. It just one thing how I feel about its theme and its pictorial solutions but what really matters is this paying ability which is in this form is well behind most of the game’s on the market so that’s why I can’t consider this slot as a good and not even a mediocre product. This slot could be much more enjoyable and entertaining if the game settings was around at least normal conditions and more player friendly.
