the conclusion that can be taken from this, is they are not being transparent about it, so I would no consider depositing here since they are misleading the user, also the chat attendant was rude, like a lot.

Possibly the most unimaginatively named casino ever invented, "Slots and Games" obviously believe in keeping things simple! Although I hadn't heard of the LMA casino group that operates this site I was attracted to try them out because of the promise of a selection of completely unique slots unavailable anywhere else on-line from a developer called "Neo Games".
Better yet although it's not mentioned here at AskGamblers, "Slots and Games" have also added games from Microgaming and NetEnt recently, transforming them into a modern multi-platform casino with the potential to rival many of the major players.
Their website looks good and the games are divided neatly into just four different sections. The emphasis is definitely on slots though as there's very little available in terms of table games and video poker - only a single Blackjack is on offer and Video Poker is limited to Jacks or Better, so this isn't the casino for you if slots are not your thing.
Bonus wagering is reasonable at 35x the bonus amount only for the welcome and standard reload bonuses. The terms and conditions for promotions are also quite reasonable and not ridiculously long, which makes a nice change by current industry norms! Most games can be played with bonus money including blackjack although that does come with a lousy 10% contribution percentage. There's a bunch of slot games that have a reduced 50% wagering contribution as well but it's not the usual culprits - Avalon, Foxin Wins and Football Star (but not the multitude of clones such as Basketball Star and Breakaway - go figure!) are on the list for example so I'd recommend looking over the list before you start playing with any bonus funds!

Absolutely nothing. This casino is one of the biggest jokes I have ever expirienced. I hope that nobody steps on this place. There are great casinos out there but this one is really bad.
- Not very many games. Also this casino just works and there is no new stuff. Many of the games are claimed to be new but they are old.
- As if it were not enough that there are not many games, some of the games are "exclusive slots" only for "good members". But these are standard games at other casinos.
- Customer service is unbelievable slow and neither friendly nor helpful.
