Not much positive things to say about this casino As they are not an honest site nor do they honour player wins. The only good thing I can say is I won loads of money - but never saw any of the money.

This is the worst casino online site to use, they are rude, disgusting and are not honest nor do they honour your winnings. I played on this site and did not realise they are a sister company to a site I removed myself from years ago. I played on this site unknowingly and won £1600 however they refused to pay me my winnings and in fact stated they have refunded me back my deposits which of course was wayyyy less then the amount I won. I spoke to some on live chat who told me I would be paid my winnings and have screen shots of saying this. However the next day I contacted again as my winnings was not showing on the withdrawal history. I was then told I had to submit ID documents which I did. After doing that I was blocked I then called in & was told (ONLY THEN MIGHT I ADD) that I was blocked on a sister site therefore I’m blocked here. They said I was not entitled to my winnings however the night before & the next day I was not told this at all (when speaking to a member of their team the guy never once said anything like that in fact he told me he can see the withdrawal transaction and I’ll be paid that within 2-5 days once it’s processed.)

I am still trying to resolve this, I was told they have raised this to the dispute managers & but of course no response I tried emailing again to see if there’s an update & nothing back as excepted from a dodgy site.

They don’t honour player wins and make you feel like so low. Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time with this casino.

Good portion of games, since a little time they also have some BTG slots, wich are my favourites.

Super slow withdrawal times, first they ask you for documents i've already send them a few months ago. And after that you have to wait 4 days and still waiting. There is no clear communication.. I had to ask live support why my withdrawal wasn't processed yet to get to know I have to send the documents again. Don't play here if you want quick withdrawals as they should be in 2019. This site is 10 years behind in time.

Not much to say about Microgaming slots. Like them or don't like them. Nothing wrong with Microgaming.

The withdraw system.
48 hours pending, this is old fashioned and only there to get you gambling again your profits. If you have a new account, only after these 48 hrs they start to ask for your identification docs, delaying a bit more.

And yes they finally pay your withdraw, only a slight problem there for dutch players. If you happened to be one of them, paid your first deposit via Ideal, directly from your bank account, Roxy does not offer same method for paying out your withdraw. This means a bank wire fee of 16 euros, up to a 500 euro withdraw.... So, ask for your profit of lets say 100 euro, fee will be 16 euro. Would like to call it almost criminal, but ok, its mentioned in their tc´s..

To my opinion, this will not hold, so many multi software offering gambling sites nowadays which pay you within 1 or 2 hours.

I decided to return to Roxy Palace just recently when I heard they had been bought out by 32red. I hadn't visited them for quite some time as I had plenty of other Microgaming only casinos that suited by needs just fine, but I have a lot of respect for the 32red brand as a whole so felt it was worth giving them another try.

It's hard to tell on the face of it just how much has changed since the takeover - 32red still have not started up their daily freeroll tournaments, so I can't use that as a way to see if they are fully on board. In the end I figured a withdrawal request might do the trick and sure enough my request remained in pending for just over 24 hours rather than the previous 2 day pending time , so there have definitely been a few improvements since the takeover.

There has been a whole lot of consolidation in the Microgaming download casino market and I'm pleased to see 32red are getting involved again and buying up a few more brands. As much as I love this style of casino though and really appreciate the improved performance the downloaded games offer I do wonder just how long these casinos will be able to fight back against the multiplatform browser based casinos especially when they are still refusing to offer fast withdrawals. Only time will tell I guess!

I spent the first few minutes looking around their website trying to find a link for the download casino. It was mentioned in the page footer about there being various "download options", but I couldn't actually find a link. Eventually I spotted the words "Premium Casino" in the footer of the page which is the same language used over at 32red to describe the download version and sure enough clicking this got the download started straight away.

I also had a little trouble getting myself logged in as the box asks for your "username", so I tried various names I commonly use without success before eventually trying my email as a last resort before requesting a new password... this worked, so I have to ask why not label the box "E-Mail" and save a whole lot of confusion?!

Replied to my emails quite quickly even at 3am in the morning which was good of them. Would definitely recommend this site to anyone and can't see why so many people are upset by the whole bonus thing as it is clear to understand in the terms and conditions which you should always read before hand.

We all have our bad days. And even in our bad days Roxy Palace makes us having a good time even if we are losing. Payments are fast a 48h pending period. I think we are grown ups and we can wait for our money to come. Just we must have a little patience. Just one comment about their RTP. It says their pay ratio is 96%. Some of you may think it is little. Just an advice. This 96% must be paid in a period of time. The period of time is one year for all players. Me I dont care if its 96 or 97 or 98. When you have luck that particular day when you log in and decide to play and you play with one of the fairest casinos around and lady luck smiles at you then you will forget about this silly 96 number.

Oh and their support. Top notch also. From head to toes. Anything you want any time even if its a problem or a request the friendly stuff of the casino will always be there with you.

They drag out payouts, reverse withdrawals are stated to be 48 hrs however they like to leave the withdrawal still available up to 120 hrs in the hope you spend it. It takes a further 5 days after they flush withdrawal from your in game bank to hit your account. Not fair play in my opinion!

I must say I'm very impressed with Roxy Palace Casino. I found my experience to be smooth and without issue. Both the website and downloadable client ran without a single hitch and everything was very attractive and user friendly to navigate. This coupled with its excellent customer service, Live Support and prompt response times to my inquires made the experience simply marvelous.

Nothing special about site same games as everywhere else.

Customer chat can be rude, payouts poor and the pending period for withdrawals is silly in today's world, should be straight away. You have to wait 2-3 days pending then a further 3-5 day get to your bank. Sites like Virgin and Starspin pay the next day, seems like they want hold of the money longer keep it in there bank, or see if you cancel it all together. Very poor site, would not recommend.

Then I started to play Terminator 2, it's been a while since I've played it. It has 243 paylines, so I placed 0.60€ bets and the first spin already gave me 5 heart symbols - 5 of a kind, so I got 2€.However, it was the biggest winning Terminator gave me, not that generous, I would say.
