Delayed payment of INR 50000

Delayed Payment & No Response

I've been a regular player at Indio Casino for quite a few years now. I've never had any issues apart form the last few months.Even the earlier payouts were made though delayed by a few days (which is acceptable)

But now the consolidated value to be paid from 2 winnings is 160,000 INR. I was promised in the first week of May that I will receive the amount on May 14th 2019. After that there has been no response to my emails. For a few days the support team attended calls and replied on chat saying the same thing repeatedly that the Finance team is working on it and I should wait. I'm not given a definite timeline too.

The casino has friendly staff who've always supported me, but the last few weeks and the way I've been ignored and my payments stalled is really not the way I expected from Indio Casino. From what I understand the Finance team sits elsewhere and the support just needs to conatct them and wait for a response there's nothing much they can do apart from waiting for the finance team. Amount of 1000 INR not credited till date

I see people saying they don't pay or delay in cashouts.
But my experience only says that contact DOM who will always be available for the customers and the cashouts will be done quickly if you talk to him and tell him about the problem.
He will fight with the finance team and will make your withdrawal the same day. He is the best and guys they are paying. It's not like they are not paying, I can't say about earlier days but now they pay you the money. Just trust them. Or I would say Trust DOM THE MAGICIAN. He will listen to you and will ddon anything for your cashouts.

These guys have changed completely. New slots new layout. They have now updated themselves to RTG slots. They even have a quick and responsive Live chat. Great for indian customers. You get INR 500 on signup(no deposit). Withdrawals are now processed in 3 to 5 days. Worth a try for first deposit bonus of 145% and wagering of 30. Worth a try.

Nothing much to dislike but if you like jumping from slots to slots it would take to get used to one provider.

Probably one of the very few casinos in the world that have a default currency also as Indian rupees. So as son as I came to know about an Indian Casino I just rushed to join it and I was very curious to see what they have done with it. Well it was nice to see that they have been supported by the one and only Playtech platform which is one of the best in the world today. They gave me a 50% match up bonus for the first deposit that I did on their casino site.

I had deposited 100$ so I got 50 from the casino and now I had 150 as my bank roll to test the games. And I think 150$ is a very nice amount to play freely and not getting in too much pressure when you lose or tilt. I started with the Hulk slot. And I was betting the minimum because I had a lot of second thoughts about this one and for at least 15 spins I did not see any thing fancy and then some features and multipliers but in the end I was either in the break even point or some loss. Then I decided to play Gold Rally and I had only played this game one time before and I remembered that I had got some really nice multipliers so I tried my luck here and got some good money and hit 3
features in 10 spins only and I was amazed to see this.

My balance was around 200 and I was not using the bonus amount anymore and playing with real money and then after playing black jack for a couple of hours I decide to leave this casino because I was not going anywhere big and was laying low all the time. I don't like their casino I don't if it's not for me. I downloaded their casino because that's the only version of their casino they don't have instant play version but I don't know if they have mobile version of their casino. I deposited immediately to my account after I registered few minutes later. They promised that they will give you a 50% for your first deposit which I assumed and got dissapointed. They are Indian casino that's why they offer a currency of rupee but also usd. I used my Neteller ewallet because they accept it as their payment method. Before I continue to real play I try their free play casino first to explore their whole casino and to find an interesting game and at that time I switched my version and deposited $30 to start and get the promotion played their two featured games Gold Rally and Diamond Ralley although they're running by Playtech platform I find these two games enjoying. When I get their I didn't find my bonus! I saw nothing! I contacted their support and tell my query she/he said that I am not eligible to their promotion because it's only for Indian players! What! The representative said that did I read the terms and condition of that bonus and I said that I didn't! I am very disappointed at that time so I decided to play the two games. The result is very disappointing I lost my credits!
