Delayed Payment & No Response
I've been a regular player at Indio Casino for quite a few years now. I've never had any issues apart form the last few months.Even the earlier payouts were made though delayed by a few days (which is acceptable)
But now the consolidated value to be paid from 2 winnings is 160,000 INR. I was promised in the first week of May that I will receive the amount on May 14th 2019. After that there has been no response to my emails. For a few days the support team attended calls and replied on chat saying the same thing repeatedly that the Finance team is working on it and I should wait. I'm not given a definite timeline too.
The casino has friendly staff who've always supported me, but the last few weeks and the way I've been ignored and my payments stalled is really not the way I expected from Indio Casino. From what I understand the Finance team sits elsewhere and the support just needs to conatct them and wait for a response there's nothing much they can do apart from waiting for the finance team. But for a player it gets really frustrating with no response and such delay in payouts
