From my own personal experience the casino and it's management/ownership are con artists. There's no display of morals or business ethics towards their customers and I found live chat support agents to be rude and lacking in knowledge of not only about the casino's basic terms of conditions and rules of how the casino operates on a daily basis with deposits, bonuses and withdrawals they also lack customer service skills of any kind. I've never gotten any response from management, security, or support regarding my 3 complaints I had over withdrawal issues and the casino taking money from my bank twice which was unauthorized. They have scammed me out of my winnings to the value of $3200 in total over a period of 6 weeks. I have tried to delete my account with them also I have repeatedly tried to get support agents to delete my account with them and they only respond with " send an email to your manager". I still keep receiving 2 emails every day from casino and my non existing manager in my spam box and they won't stop. it's been 9 months since ive visited the casino and I still can't delete my account.
My advice is to stay away from them abd

Dendera Casino is a legit casino. It's paid me today!!!!! Requested withdrawal on 7/12/2018 3:38 am and received it 7/19/2018 5:09 am. I was happy because I could play with free chips, but later when I saw that the bonus has high W.R I was not so happy. Because all players wish low, lower W.R for all bonuses. I know this was no deposit bonus, but still too much W.R for no deposit bonus. And there is also max cash out which is really small, after all those big wagering.

After I used this bonus I did not came into this casino again. And I think I will not play here again. Even if they offer new no deposit bonus, I think I will not claim it. There are so much wagering, and in most cases you just can not wager it till the end, and that is why they offer it.

I think there are better Rival casinos, but for me Rival software casinos are not interesting so much. I had some decent winnings during every session when I played those games, but I think they could not provide such a big winnings which I wish. I deleted their software from my PC the same day after I used bonus and I will rate it with 6 stars, since I don't know how withdrawals looks like. I became a member there earlier this month to take their 50$ no deposit offer.Dendera is provided by Rival software and I play at Rival casinos very rarely. I signed up and decided to use their instant play, but it is a good thing they have flash and mobile options too.

So after the sign up I went to cashier to claim the bonus. I saw the 50$ ND bonus, however, in their casino page it's said that the wagering for it is 12000$. That's just too much!! I saw on their page that they have another no deposit bonus-10$ with 50x wagering, so I contacted their live chat to ask about it. The chat was nice and fast, I didn't have to wait to get connected with it. Support told me that my account was eligible for the 50$ bonus. I explained that I wanted to take the 10$ because it seemed a better fit for me. After some talking, the chat removed the first nd bonus and added the one I wanted. However, I was so surprised, that the wagering for it was 240 times! How is that possible?

With no hope I went to Astral Luck, which is a 50 payline slot. I placed 0.50$ bets per spin and after 3 dead spins I got a 2.80$ win. And very soon I got spin with 3 wilds, which gave me less than 3$ win again. I played it for about 15 minutes and when my balance was down to 8$, I went to Candy Cottage. Dendera is taking games from the rival company and they always give good bonus offers and this one also had a free money bonus for new players. They offer some really big no deposit bonuses sometimes like this one has 50$. I mean there are a lot of casinos with free money bonuses but i do not think even 15% if them have an offer above 15-20$.

I like that they do not give any problems while us taking the bonus from them because i have seen on some casinos that when you join there is a either a region problem or that this bonus does not exist any more or expired and all.
