Made a deposit and I played the pokies and was lucky enough to win. Wanting to withdraw I was directed to a page where I could upload my verification documents. I did this but didn't hear anything for a few days so I sent an email attaching the documents.
Again didn't hear anything after 5 days so I sent an email asking why my verification documents hadn't been processed. The only response was a computer generated email stating they had received my email and giving me a ticket number. After 8 days I tried to speak to chat about it. I sent a message and waited and waited but no reply.

Sent another message and finally, after about 10 minutes, Hudson replied asking how he could help me. Sent another message saying to read my previous 2 messages and again waited and waited. Gave up after about 15 minutes.

Casino Moons has no customer support whatsoever. Unfortunately I ended up losing the money I had won waiting for verification. I won't be depositing again knowing they won't make any payouts.

Please note that we made sure your documents are reviewed and found that they have all been approved excepting the credit card voucher, for which the account ID was not filled in correctly.

After 2 years of being cut off from Casino Moons, accessibility has now been restored and I am able to access the casino once again. Not that I want to rejoin the casino after closing my account about 9 years ago, it's just to let others in a similar situation to know that it is now possible to get into the casino again. As for me, nope, I will not rejoin Casino Moons, because that blanket closure is still in place, with no reasons to remove it.

Nonetheless, it is worthwhile to say that Casino Moons was one of the better casinos amongst Winward's group of casinos, at that moment in time. When I requested for a permanent closure of my account, the casino manager was very sympathetic and he tried his best to persuade me not to close the account but to continue on playing. But my rage was just too furious at that moment, so I gently refused his persuasions. None of the other casino managers even tried to persuade me...they obligingly closed my account for me! That's how much they cared for their customers! I was actually quite reluctant to close my Casino Moons account, but a blanket decision remained a blanket decision. Just too bad for Casino Moons.

Today, after revisiting the casino's website, I noticed the slight changes in the Bonus terms and T&C, but generally, the terms are still not to my liking, and the selection of games is still way behind. The more popular and established game providers are not in the list either and that would make a lot of difference to discerning players, like me. Nonetheless, TopGame casinos still have a very long way to go to catch up with the other casinos, especially where speed of payments is concerned. My past experiences ranged from 2 weeks up to over 3 months, and that is totally unacceptable by today's standards. Can TopGame casinos ever make 1-day withdrawals? Hmm...most probably unlikely, unless you are a top VIP member there, just like as with Playtech casinos and a few others too. So, wake me up when they do! Hahaha.

Nothing really, didn't have a chance to play due to not receiving my $70 chip as a no deposit sign up bonus as I was emailed.
