Hello Ask gamblers, I am a passionate gambler and I really hate the most when someone make fool of me. I made reload of 300 euros on All Jackpots casino and got a bonus / they sent me email about that bonus, inviting me in. I read all terms, because I always do that, and after that played slots, more precisely Couch potato and Wild orient. The luck was on my side and I hit and wagered an amount of 1581 euros. Now begin a drama. I sent my withdraw of 1581 euros on May 6, I sent my documents on May 9. On May 13 I received this mail from them/ Our Operations Team is requesting that you send through the following documentation: A Certified Copy of a Valid Certified Identification (Passport or Driver's License) A Certified Copy of a Proof of Address, indicating your Name, address and date (Bank Statement or Utility Bill that is not older than 3 months and is not an online statement). You can get your documents certified at your local police station./ I need some time to collect those document and I also must PAY FOR THEM 100 euros. I sent them my CERTIFIED documents on May 25. They ignored me and delayed payment until July 2, when they sent me mail about abusing bonus with no evidences. / As per our terms and conditions your account will remain closed. Regrettably you would be unable to reopen your account: "20. In the event that the Casino believes you are abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or you are likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted by Us, the Casino Group may at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from you any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy either temporarily or permanently, or terminate your access to the Services and/or block your account. If I knew that, I would never play on that casino. I am wondering why were they asking for notorized if they already decided not to pay my withdraw. All Jackpots Casino - Stalling VIP platinum customer payments
Hi, I’ve been a client of All Jackpots casino for many years. I recently won an amount over $7k. Understanding how the bonuses work, I played and played until I could withdraw most of it. I ended up with a withdrawal that was just over $5k. I requested that withdrawal be done on April 3 and didn’t think anymore on it. After that, I continued playing as normal. I made several more deposits and won $1 k. I requested a withdraw of that $1 k on April 5th. None of that money has been released to me yet. Skip forward to April 9, I contacted the casino because the money still had not been deposited into my ewallet. It was during that live chat that I saw the $5k withdrawal had been returned to me. I asked them what the issue was and they requested ID to verify my identity. I was upset because there was no email or phone call regarding their request for ID... Just a delay and a fund reversal. I emailed my ID to them that day but ended up wagering $1k out of the $5k. Knowing that I did not want to lose all that money back to them, I stopped logging in while my remaining $4k money was available to be withdrawn. On April 11, I was advised that the documents I submitted to prove my ID were accepted and my payment would be realeased. On April 12th I asked if they could expedite that. They replied no (which I expected). On April 13 I asked why I still did not see my credit in my ewallet. They replied to me in April 14 to advise that withdrawal may take “24-96 hours to process”. It is now April 17 and I still do not have that money. I am concerned they’ll find another reason to hold onto my winnings and I’ll won’t receive them without taking legal action. I feel like their holding my winnings hostage and are looking for any reason to not pay them out. Despite being a 10+ year customer to All Jackpots and a platinum member, I will never do business with them again! I strongly urge anyone gambling on this site to switch to a more customer focused and trustworthy company. Value of claim: $5051.32

I have cashed out of their casino on October 8th, it is now about three weeks later and they have been sending me the same auto-denial responses. I have sent in the documents multiple times, both in the software and to the emails, and even got a response back confirming it, for the second time. Terrible withdrawal process. First they said my card didn’t work to withdraw to apparently even though I deposit from that card and have withdrawn to it before. Sent bank account details instead like they asked which they received and still no money turned up. Had to message them again to be be told that I need a photo of a statement not a screenshot of account online. I don’t know if they’d have told me had I not enquired.

Then I had to verify my account which had already been verified quite a while before to be able to play tournaments and withdraw before this. Did this and still no money was in the account so yet again had to message them to be told to resend documents which I did again.
They then emailed saying documents were accepted so am verified. Still haven’t managed to receive money though. Requested transcripts. Hadn’t received those either.

One not so helpful help desk person told me I don’t have an account with them which I then had to argue that and then she found it. I keep asking if money is on the way now. Nobody can tell me if it is they just say wait for an email. If I did that I’d still be at square 1 now!!! Once again, today they tell me the hold up is they’re waiting for my account to be verified which could take up to 7 days which they’d already verified yet again days earlier and sent an email in regards to that.

It seems nobody can tell me anything or what’s happening with the money nor will they tell you everything you need to do all at once to get it. It seems you have to ask them after each time you do one thing and I it fails to transfer funds then to be told yet another problem and what to do again and again. One problem after the next. Never had this problem with other casinos. Would not recommend. .
Still waiting hoping the funds come. Looking less and less likely and becoming more and more disillusioned. Maybe that’s sn angle so you give up on it? Who knows.

Im very disappointed about the fact that once I won some money (real-money) they gave me bonus-money. (I never asked for it nor did I click on a bonus to activate) It feels like stealing because they gave me 250 euro's bonus money (that like a 10,000 euro wager) after I won some real money. And you play with your real money first, but you cant cashout that before you finished the whole wager. Plus you also can't stop the bonus wager money. It's pure thievery. And I recommend not to play here!

You had gotten the Wild Complete achievement, therefore the 250 bonus was added to your account. Had you not played on the bonus when you received it, we would have been able to remove it for you so that you could have withdrawn your winnings. Very nice casino with the best slots available! Didn't have any problems depositing or withdrawing. Actually withdraw was very fast, considering it was made @ weekend when their payment dep. doesn't process anything. Money showed up at 2pm today :) Thank u AJC! Also I had to use live support multiple times and I got answers to my questions.

The payout at Microgaming casino's is really bad. It's so bad that I am bored playing there slots. The outcome of a deposit is always the same. Gone. Big deposit bonus ore not.

This is another Microgaming powered casino that I have recently played in. After heading to their home website my first impression wasn't so good, I really don't know what to say. Their website wasn't so good or bad it was kinda in between with a little bit something that pulls it to the bad side. So the next thing I did was of course the registration and then i made a deposit of 20$.

Also I contacted their live chat support which were pretty fast to reply me and really professional, so I like it really much.
The first slot that I picked was So much candy. I played this slot at 0.50$ bet per spin, played it for about 15 minutes, after that I saw I was losing pretty fast plus I couldn't manage to trigger any special feature so I just switched to another slot. So I decided to play a little bit of Elementals.

I played it at 0.40$ bet per spin. The very first spin I made won me 5.40$, so I continued playing this slot for a while. It kept rewarding me with solid wins as well as taking money with a lot of empty spins. After about 30 minutes later my balance was slowly closing in to a zero, since I had no luck to activate any of the features. After another 5 minutes I was at zero.

Jackpot factory group has a lot of casinos and I do not really follow this group a lot because I am not very satisfied with them because I have lost a lot of deposits in their casinos and have loads of loadings problems every time with all of their casinos. I joined All jackpot casino a long time ago and it is actually a very old casino and for me this is one of the best casinos form this company.

This one is taking games from the MG software which is the best in business. I like their tournaments even though I have never really played one because I am not a tournament player but it is a good idea. I have taken out cash 3 times from this casino and this is why I meant when I said that this is one of the best from Jackpot factory. I usually play the table games the most here and love the return to the players . The only problem which I always have is that their slots stop loading and the process stops sometimes and then I have to close the casino and open and log in again for it to work. Its like the whole casino app hangs or something.

And the cash out takes at least 3 days and my last one took 5 days and I think 5 days is a very long time and they should do something about this because it is not good for their reputation. Even though MG has the best slots ever made in online casinos i would ask the new players to go with their table games because they are the best and their is no sick variance.
