An ancient civilization of apes native to some tropical region that erects its immense pyramids of stone among the thick jungle it is undoubtedly a totally imaginative concept, and who better than a game developer to come up with such an idea, and in this specific case, the creative team of “Stakelogic” is the one who has decided to incorporate this idea into the theme of this relatively new video slot called “King Bam Bam” released by this company last August 2016.

This is a video slot with 5 x 4 reels with 40 pay lines where symbols drop to form lines and then disappear leaving empty spaces so that more symbols fall and form new lines if possible.

Unlike other slots that use this same concept, to new lines formed within the same turn, it is not applied any win multiplier; instead, Stakelogic has incorporated in this slot other features intending to fill this gap.

So, in this game, there are 3 types of bets that can be chosen by picking the skulls located on the right side of the reels marked with numbers 1, 2 and 3. Bet number 2 costs 50% more than normal bet and number 3 costs twice the normal bet. In exchange for the highest bet, in levels 2 and 3, between 0 and 20 regular symbols can be converted to wild symbols, but in bet number 3, these wilds can additionally bring multipliers between x2 and x6 combinable within the same line up to x15.

Now, based on what I have personally experienced when playing “King Bam Bam” slot, I have had the impression that there are many times when these wild symbols are located in particularly useless places by the machine, primarily wilds with multipliers higher than X2, so that I would prefer that in this video slot more wild symbols appeared in the traditional way and that the multiplier was increased and applied after each line formed, although I think this would not be very useful since I do not remember having formed more than 3 lines consecutively during the same turn.

As for the paytable, I think its prices can be considered as acceptable, however, the large number of dead spins definitely minimize our chance of winning in this game, leaving practically the free spins round as our only hope to get some major gain as more wild symbols are added to the reels after each spin, and even then, it seems unlikely to get a win over 40 times your total bet during these free spins, or at least that way they were my results during the rounds I triggered during my first two sessions with this slot, sessions that finally ended both in losses.

To summarize, I think “King Bam Bam” is a visually appealing slot, but frankly I think our chances of making some money with this game are quite limited, so my suggestion is to be careful if you decide to play this game in any casino.
