Minesweeper XY by BGaming — Overview
The Minesweeper XY game is for all the PC users who spent countless hours clicking boxes and avoiding mines on the classic Minesweeper, but this time, there could be a payout waiting for you.
To play Minesweeper XY online, simply choose your stake and click one of the grass squares. There are multiple squares on every line, and the goal is to click the space without the mine and progress to the next row.
Your multiplier increases with every successful step, and you can collect the payout at any time or try to advance to the end. These variances in volatility and payout sizes mean the game is suitable for most types of players.
You may have seen this format before in other mining games, but the 3D board is a nice touch, and you can also change the size of the grid, opting for anywhere between 2x3 to 6x15.
Adjust the board via the settings, where you’ll also find some basic information on how to play Minesweeper XY.
The game looks good on all platforms and offers responsive gameplay on most iOS and Android devices. If you’re playing on mobile, we recommend switching to landscape mode, as you’ll see more of the grid, and the layout gives you greater control of the action.
RTP and Limits
The RTP of Minesweeper XY varies from 97.88% to 98.4%, giving it a house edge as low as 1.6% and as high as 2.22%, depending on your choices. Your actions also dictate the volatility and risk levels, as you can either take a chance with long runs or collect your payouts early.
On the largest grid setting (6x15), you can win up to 15.11x, but that entails guessing correctly 15 times.
On most online casinos, the betting range extends from €1 to €100, but it varies.
