General Information About Zunado
Zunado is a social gaming platform launched in late 2025 by CT-Tech North America LLC, a US company registered in Las Vegas. It’s only available in the United States, but with 18 restricted states like California, Washington, New York, and Nevada, to name a few. The age restrictions also apply per state.

As mentioned above, you’ll need at least 100 coins to redeem them at the rate of 1 coin = $1. Redemptions to cards and bank accounts typically take 3 to 5 days to process. Customer Support at Zunado
Just like the games are available around the clock, so is Zunado customer support. You can reach customer service via email or live chat, but the latter is only available to registered players. There’s also a handy FAQ section that has a lot of useful information about the casino itself as well as various technical problems players may encounter.
Initiating a live chat session, I was greeted by a chatbot. Asking to talk to a live support representative, I got transferred pretty much immediately. Every support agent I talked to was very helpful, knowledgeable, and highly responsive with their answers.
