The first time I played this Vintage Vegas game from Rival was some time back, maybe about 2 years ago or so, can't really remember, but that first game gave me a surprising good win. The Wild symbol paid the winning combination by 11x in one of the free spins, resulting in a whopping good win for me, but I can't recall now how much that amount was. Why? Because I got excited and played on, increasing my bets gradually, hoping for another good win, but it was all just a daydream. I finally lost that game, along with my deposit too, but I was excited at what the game could do.

Vintage Vegas plays with 50 paylines and start with a minimum bet of $0.50 per spin. The Cowboy is the Wild symbol in the game, paying an incredible 15,000x the line bet for getting 5 of them. It pays 5x for wins in the base game, pays 11x for wins in the Free Spins game, and substitutes for other symbols except the Scatter symbol. Excellent! The Roulette Wheel is the Scatter symbol, but it doesn't pay anything for itself, too bad for being a dumb symbol in this case. Getting 3, 4 or 5 of these Scatters trigger 10, 20 or 60 free spins without any multiplier, but more free spins can be retriggered. Wins with the Wild symbol pay 11x. As for the other symbols, the Chips pay 5000x, the Gambler pays 2500x, the Announcer pays 1250x, the Dancer pays 500x, the Slot Machine pays 300x, the Dice pays 250x, the Cards pay 200x, and the rest pay from 150x to 75x, all per line bet for getting 5 of each kind. An excellent paytable and a very high variance game.
Playing Vintage Vegas can be exhilarating at times, but disappointing at most other times. Why? Being a high variance game, most payouts tend to be only small and mediocre ones. Even most of the Free Spins game would pay very little. Over my several sessions on this game, the Free Spins game could only pay me between 1x up to 35x my bet amount, and only once it paid me almost 100x over 20 free spins. That was the best I could get so far. I have yet to get a good 5-of-a-kind win with a Wild symbol during the free spins, which could definitely pay a nice huge win. One thing I do like about Vintage Vegas, so far, is that the Free Spins games have not exceeded 200 spins in coming, which is pretty good when compared to Microgaming games for example, which usually could span from 250 spins to almost 1000 spins before seeing one lousy Free Spins game. Vintage Vegas is a good game to play but very hard to win on, but when that big win comes, whoopie!

Vintage Vegas is one of the newer Rival slot games. Here we have 50 pay lines and 5 reels.

The theme is related to Las Vegas. Of course, this city is famous for its land based casinos.

Also, in general Las Vegas is first association for gambling to many people. Also the city is known for its bright neon advertisements. So here, the most of the symbols are reminiscent of neon advertisements.

I really like the design of the game. I also like the animation that can be seen when you have a big win. What is more important to me right from the design is how the game pays.

The look at the pay-table assured me that Vintage Vegas can pay well. For example, a winning combination of five wild symbols will pay even 15,000 x line bet. Otherwise, during normal game if the wild symbol replaces some of the other comes with a 5x multiplier.

During the free spins feature the wild symbol has an 11 multiplier. Free spins can be reached with at least three scatter symbols anywhere on the screen. Here the scatter symbol is the roulette.

Depending on that how many scatter symbols you get you can have 10, 20 or 60 free spins as you get for 5 scatter symbols. Also, the free spins can be retriggered. The last time I played here I got 5 scatter symbols and 60 free spins. For the duration of the 60 free spins, 2 more times I got by 3 scatter symbols. All in total 80 free spins.

The total wins from these free spins was almost 200 euros. It is a very good wins considering that I've played with a minimum bet of 0.5 euros per spin.

Briefly, this game has everything I love in one slot game, an attractive design, an interesting feature and can pay well. Therefore, I warmly recommend Vintage Vegas to everyone.

If you can’t afford itself a trip to Las Vegas then at least enjoy playing this great slot game.

This Rival Video game is inspired by Las Vegas on the height of his fame in the 60th of the last century. Everywhere you have the bright lights that reminds of biggest casinos of this city at that time. Even poker symbols that are appearing here look like they are from some neon advertising. Otherwise, neon signs which invoke in the casinos are the main symbol of Las Vegas.

Perhaps one of the reasons why I liked this game is my dream for a long time, going to this city. I have a big desire to test my luck in any famous casinos in this city. But well, going to Las Vegas probably will remain only my wish for a long time. Until then I can enjoy this game. Besides the already mentioned poker symbols here you still have a lot of gambling symbols. There is for example a symbol with the dice, with two poker cards in hand or the symbol of the One handed Jack. This machine from which the coins fall out during winning is safe and forerunners of modern slot machines.

This is another game where you can have bigger wins thanks to the many features. Wild symbol with cowboy pays let’s say 5 x multiplier if replace some of the symbols. There is also the jackpot symbol with casino chips. Five of these symbols can bring you 5000 x your wins. Finally, free spins bonus. For example, for 5 of these symbols you get 60 free spins. I succeed two times for now. I managed to get 60 free spins. Of course that gave me great cash-outs from these free spins. For the duration of the free spins wild symbol pays even 11 x multiplier when replace some of the symbols.

I like the animation that appears after some big wins. The graphics are still pretty bad for a new video slot game as well as confusing and complicated game rules.

I am sure or maybe I am wrong, but this game it has to be one of the newest Rival games, just because so far I didn’t play it, neither sees it at some Rival Casino. I really liked this slot just because of its theme and what else if not gambling. The main symbols are the Dice, The Roulette which is the scatter one, women in Vegas and guys also, cards, slot machines and let’s not forget what I liked the most the Cowboy which is the Wild symbol which he can be X 5 or X 11 multiplier and when you hit big win he will appear on the reels to show you the big win.

The scatter symbols are the Roulette and triggering 3 of them you won yourself 10 free spins and 4 of them 20 free spins, I don’t know about 5 of them, because I didn’t triggered them not even once. I really liked the game and think so far that this would be the most generous game from Rival casinos or I might have luck that day. Well to tell you the true I was playing this slot as a free chip which needed to be wagered, but when I found out that the wagering was incredible X 240 the bonus I was disappointed a bit.

Well I had really great time playing this game, just because this game was loading perfectly, the free spins or the Roulette symbols were landing and landing and from all that playing there I have trigger the free bonus round up to 200 times for sure. I wish I can see this game at some nice decent casino, so I could try my luck there, because I really don’t trust this Rival casinos as many players don’t and from my situation with the bonus I don’t think I will visit them again and no way I will deposit. Well I guess there is a lot people playing this games so yes I would recommend this game to give it a try, I was surely surprised!

Although recently I played a very beautiful slot from Rival (“Costume Party”) the overall bad impression that I previously had about Rival slots has not changed. Perhaps I am a little biased because too many Rival casinos do not accept players from my country, but even so, I remember the wins of just a few cents and the losses too large that I gathered when I had played the first slot here “A Day at the Derby”. Since then a few things have changed in Rival, but too little and too slow.

For example, when I started playing the “Vintage Vegas” slot for a bet of 50 cents/50 paylines, I made a bet with myself that after the first 20 spins will have less with 8 - 9 Euros. And it was just like this! Rival slots are the least generous slots where one hardly recovers the losses all together. Yet, playing “Vintage Vegas” there are some improvements from the old slots. First the slot is more “colorful” and more shinny. Second, there are somewhat frequent bigger wins of a few Euros but at what use, if all 12 characters (too many for a 5 x 3 slot) pay under the bet, for “3 of a kind”. I do not know how it happens that from time to time, you are lucky here to have also a Big Win (its value is about 5 Euro, and previously you have lost about 8 - 10 Euro!).

My hunch of skimpy slot came true after the first 150 spins (the casino asks each 50 spins if not you have decided to play on real money) when I was in loss with about 30 Euros.

Even if there are some Free Spins, although the slot is bright and somewhat better than the old Rival slots, Vintage Vegas remains unfortunately also a slot (still) weak. There are not many things to say about it in a review.
