Unable to withdraw my funds, "due to document verification"

Whatever document ask to me, entire all documents I send via email to winwin security department. It's also CONFIRMED by winwin security department via email ( this email is attached for your reference)

Customer support 1st say to me document verification time frame is "72 HOURS " , after 72 hours im ask the customer support "why delay" then after customer support says sometimes TIME NO LIMIT for document verification.

Till now 19 DAYS completed. I follow my issue every day via CUSTOMER SUPPORT, every day customer support is only send the 3 types COPY PASTE reply only im received = "Actively under verification" or "Currently under verification" or "Under verification" as soon as possible FINAL UPDATE is received your email from security department.

This type of replies only received, otherwise no proper response and I'm also email to security department but no response.

Till now but CHANGES are NOT HAPPENED. I lost my hope with WINWIN.

Askgamblers, I'm kindly request to you please involved in this case and RESOLVE this ISSUE.

Good evening to whom it may concern i have been mislead n lied to constantly by this casino they don't disclose anything and there support team is an AI operating system.

So i won 9000$ wen i tried to withdraw they told me that i can after i deposited 80$ so that my acc could be verified i said ok i deposited 80$ in bitcoin as instructed however with the fees it came to 77$ that was deposited they thej told me i need to put in 2.25 dollars to make up the 80$ i did that the consultant that cocirculated me and said my acc has been successfully verified i have the full transcripts of everything disclosed when i tried to withdraw it denied me again.

They then the system didn't recognize the deposit as a verification deposit i must try again i told them but you guys said my acc is verified what is this now they said thats there fault and they sorry but its not verified i must try and deposit again 2$ i deposited 16$ and still rejected so they lied to continuously wen i asked to speak there complaints department they said they cant promise a response but i shud rather deposit 1 deposit of 80$ to verify my acc i told them to refund me they said tge cant now in my currency i have lost a lot of money even tho its 111 $ plus the 9000 i won please can u assist me.

I have been facing this issue many times so now I decided to submit a complaint after contacting the customer many times but they are making fun as I understand because I start to talk about my pending deposit and they ask for the rating, is this not making fool and fun?

Fed up of their behavior and way of talk I just want to return my money and then I will leave this platform because this is not only a single time they did this disgusting act but many times almost each time I tried to recharge my account they will delay and the customer support agents make fun of me, as a customer I really want to put them in a same worst situation as their behavior. But now only I want to return my amount I don't want to play on this platform anymore please help me if you can.

I made a deposit of 4,000 EGP to WinWin on 06/06/2025 at 03:34 AM using Vodafone Cash. The number shown inside their app was 01064321893. I followed their instructions exactly and transferred the amount.

The money was deducted successfully from my Vodafone Cash account (01090761950), and Vodafone gave me the official reference number: 012159774658.

I submitted:

A screenshot of the successful transfer

A printed payment statement from Vodafone

All chat logs and the original ticket (#5406601), which confirms that the number I paid to was listed in their system

Still, WinWin refuses to help. They keep asking for an ARN code, even though Vodafone confirmed they do not issue ARN codes for wallet transfers. Every attempt to explain this was ignored. Support agents kept closing the chat, and the payment team closed my ticket without resolving anything.

This is a serious failure on WinWin's part, and I am requesting that my funds be either returned to my Vodafone Cash account or credited to my WinWin balance.

I am attaching full evidence. Please help me get my money back.
