Winwin Casino - Deposit pending each time


I have been facing this issue many times so now I decided to submit a complaint after contacting the customer many times but they are making fun as I understand because I start to talk about my pending deposit and they ask for the rating, is this not making fool and fun?

Fed up of their behavior and way of talk I just want to return my money and then I will leave this platform because this is not only a single time they did this disgusting act but many times almost each time I tried to recharge my account they will delay and the customer support agents make fun of me, as a customer I really want to put them in a same worst situation as their behavior. But now only I want to return my amount I don't want to play on this platform anymore please help me if you can.
