Winwin Casino - Non payment and misleading info


Good evening to whom it may concern i have been mislead n lied to constantly by this casino they don't disclose anything and there support team is an AI operating system.

So i won 9000$ wen i tried to withdraw they told me that i can after i deposited 80$ so that my acc could be verified i said ok i deposited 80$ in bitcoin as instructed however with the fees it came to 77$ that was deposited they thej told me i need to put in 2.25 dollars to make up the 80$ i did that the consultant that cocirculated me and said my acc has been successfully verified i have the full transcripts of everything disclosed when i tried to withdraw it denied me again.

They then the system didn't recognize the deposit as a verification deposit i must try again i told them but you guys said my acc is verified what is this now they said thats there fault and they sorry but its not verified i must try and deposit again 2$ i deposited 16$ and still rejected so they lied to continuously wen i asked to speak there complaints department they said they cant promise a response but i shud rather deposit 1 deposit of 80$ to verify my acc i told them to refund me they said tge cant now in my currency i have lost a lot of money even tho its 111 $ plus the 9000 i won please can u assist me.

This is becoming more and frustrating with this casino they have changed tgere response to me now the 1 agent tells me that my account is verified however i need to deposit another 150$ to verify my external wallet
Then another agent comes on saying i must deposit 80$ to verify my account so this seems to be some sort of scam
