The support team is absolutely useless. Emails took forever to get responses, and the live chat support was completely unhelpful, refusing to assist in any part of the KYC process. After three weeks of this ordeal, I was finally verified, but to say I’m left with a bad taste in my mouth is an understatement. They even hinted that more documentation would be required upon withdrawal, which is deeply concerning. This place has violated any sense of privacy I thought I had. The games are abundant, but there are easily 100 other casinos I’d recommend before this. Avoid Wintopia at all costs if you value your mental health.
