The casino actually has fair bonus terms compared to others. I claimed a deposit bonus and managed to cash out after grinding through the wagering. Also, I didn’t run into any weird hidden terms that voided my winnings, which is rare.

While the bonus terms were fair, I noticed that some table games don’t contribute to wagering at all, which was annoying since I like playing blackjack. Also, live chat support wasn’t super helpful—they just copy-paste responses instead of actually answering questions.

The support team is absolutely useless. Emails took forever to get responses, and the live chat support was completely unhelpful, refusing to assist in any part of the KYC process. After three weeks of this ordeal, I was finally verified, but to say I’m left with a bad taste in my mouth is an understatement. They even hinted that more documentation would be required upon withdrawal, which is deeply concerning. This place has violated any sense of privacy I thought I had. The games are abundant, but there are easily 100 other casinos I’d recommend before this. Avoid Wintopia at all costs if you value your mental health.
