I am very upset this casino said many excuses for not paying me i have sent in many emails for me and them I won the money in October 2016 on a no deposit bonus of $75 which I sent in pic of history of bonus I won the money off the bonus they gave me on the 24th of October of 2016 I tried to withdraw the winnings was 3550$us i never wagered any of the winnings i wanted to withdrawal it all and the casino has come up with a number of different reasons for not paying me then they asked me to letter from bank with very specific words which took me nearly a month to get and then they said they would honour the withdraw im not making any of this up i have many emails proving my case then the letter from the bank wasn't good enough even though it contained everything they asked they wanted it stamped then after I sent that email they said they would get back to me in 24-48-72 hours no email returned to me they keep saying i won the money off the card that is in my partners name which I have a joint account with him they i told them first this that we had a joint account I have sent them over 75emails trying to verify my account then ythey said i had to take it out in $750 increments so i asked to see some proof of this rule and they couldn't show me anything in writing i claimed my playing bonus which added up to 10$us and i had already had put in for one withdrawal of $750 then a man named Amos told me to withdrawal the rest of my winnings with added up to 2800 which the service officer told me to then they took my winnings for so many different excuses i had the winnings in my account for a month and had been knocked back and asked for so many documents even asked for my partners birth certificate and took a picture of him holding it with his face in it even asked for a letter of authorisation from my partner everything you can asked for i have many emails proving my claims that go back to last year im not making any of this up i need someone to investigate this and help me im disabled and i have done everything possible there keeping my winnings illegally and using excused that are not true

Hello, wintingo casino confiscated my winnings of 3200 euro saying that was in my game irregularitie.look this casino was not even sending me email to say that they are not going to pay me,i went to live chat and they told me about that. wintingo casino makes me a joke requesting almost 14000 to wager on 40 euro bonus,in there bonus terms is 80 times the bonus so it's 3200 to wager, i wagered more then 14000 in slots and the roulette,nothing was un regular i lost almost all the balance and then won again with there huge request of wagering and after all that they are not paying me?i am in totally shocked and don't know what to do. please help me ! thank you

So the sign up bonus with wintingo is you get 50 free spins on Avalon with the code Avalon50M. I deposited 25$ and never received my free spins. I contacted there live support and was told that the free spins have been issued to the game starburst but for some reason that game is not offered on wintingo casino site that I have access to. I've contacted them several times trying to explain to them that game is not offered on the devices I have access to. I was told to try to use me computer, iPad, iPhone, and Android. The game is just not available. Very frustrating.

WinTingo Casino - Delaying verification and withdrawal

On June 27 requested first withdrawal. Verification request followed next and everything was sent immediately. After three days asked what's the status and it was said that verification is still taking place. Later they asked to upload documents in my profile. Since they had blocked my account on verification process, I replied that I can only send via e-mail and it is impossible what they ask. After clearing out that e-mail with attachment is fine. Nevertheless, i got similar requests three (!!!) more times. After each case they kind of admitted that all is good. Then came another document request - my selfie with ID document. So, I sent that and asked to confirm if they have received. Got such confirmation (this was not auto reply confirmation since it come some 12 hours later and specifically referring to my question ). After a few days I again checked how it is going. It turned out that despite confirmation of receiving documents actually they haven't received these docs (at least they claim so). So, I sent one more time and again after 12 hours got confirmation they have received. So, it is now 11 days of verification process going with no signs it could be done anywhere close in a future. Needless to say that I sent everything ASAP - this is not the first verification process I am going through. The worst part here is that support people are totally incompetent and replies take a long time. Document that are sent are lost, they give false answers, promise things that does not happen and ask impossible things (account is blocked, but they ask to login and upload docs). Situation is especially tragic when case is taken over by different agents - they get lost very quickly. This verification process usually take 1 day in decent casinos, but it is nonsense here. After googling a bit, I realised that there have been a lot of cases like that, including complaints in askgamblers.com. No idea if this can be solved, but at least there should be note at this casino is is some sort blacklist.

I made a deposit of $25 and was very lucky and had $800 after I had met the playthrough requirements. I requested a withdrawal and sent my verification documents which were accepted. Then they paid $200 and reversed the other $600. Which they have said I can log in every week and withdraw a max of $200. They have said this is because my winning are greater than 5 X my deposit. According to their terms and condition of my withdrawal is greater than 5 times my life time deposits then the maximum amount I can withdraw is $4000. My winnings are less than $4000 so I should be paid the full amount. Asking me to wait over a month is ridiculous.

Have no account here... Yet still, they've got their hands on my phone-number somehow, and decided that it would be a great idea to send me an SMS in the middle of the night, advertising their casino, wishing me to sign up. That, in my mind, should be enough for blacklisting this place.

My apologies to AG for writing a review based on just an SMS, but still, it does tell a lot about them. You can filter out emails - but you cannot filter out SMS in the same way.

Strongly do not recommend this casino unless you like when you make deposits and then never get a chance to see it hit your balance in the casino. And then being lied to repeatedly about them investigating with a new deadline each time. Seriously going on a week and a half here, where is my money?! Never playing here again.

I have to say that i had a really positive experience. Live chat was super friendly they processed my withdrawals pretty quickly (1 - 2 days) . I loved the selection of games and cashback is a good bonus with no restrictions!
Have played at a few casinos before and this deserves a good review.

Wintingo casino was one of the casinos I joined in March because of a promotion I saw somewhere on the net, some small amount of free spins. As they are powered by Microgaming and many other softwares, I was interested in exploring them. After a quick sign up I tried to claim the free spins but failed. Wintingo casino using instant play games, and there is slots from a bunch of softwares, but for me only one important there is Microgaming, and probably next gen, because I saw some great wins on Nextgen games, and I am playing this softwares a bit, but even one Microgaming is already enough.

WinTingo sure have a funny name for gambling site. I found out about this casino on one forum, well of course a no deposit free chip was involved! Firstly I visited the casino, like I previously said funny name for Casino, but they sure I nice casino, looking from another reviews what people have to say about them.

When I visited this casino, from the first impression I got I really like the looks of their website, but what I didn't like was theirs bonuses, well actually they have no regular bonuses like I am used to play at another casinos, but they have a lot of cash back system, which I was not interested in. When I deposit at some casino I would like to play with the all amount, not cash back or some other kinds of bonuses they have to offer.

So I did like that they have instant player, so that way I don't have to download theirs casino, because of the no deposit bonus, which they were offering 5 euros. Why bother to download their software if I don't like my play time there. So yes I did registered, took the bonus and start playing.

5 euro is not that big bonus, so I can play with higher bets, so like always I placed the minimum bet of 0.15 euros and played Riviera Riches slot. Well the funny thing was, that from those 5 euros I really enjoyed playing there, because that free chip, it surely last me for a while.
