Winstoria Casino - Delayed payment and no communication from the casino financial department

I registered on the Winstoria Casino on 15th of January. I deposited 300€ and got their welcoming offer bonus with that. I won in the end 5 186,50 € after completing the wagering requirements. I also made sure to play games which are not forbidden in their bonus rules and used the max bet according to their casino rules also. Made the withdraw requests on the same day as well.

I completed their KYC process on their site, which utilized sumsub as their KYC service, and sumsub says my documents are verified and verification is complete on Winstoria Casino's site on sumsub's service. Still their Winstoria's site says it is under process.

After this the casino required me to provide additional documents via email to prove my identity, which I did also, but got no response after providing these documents. After this the casino reserved the right to check my game history and play through the game provider, which they stated can take up to 3-14 business days. I waited this period. After this their financial department ([email protected]), hasn't emailed me or answered me.

Throughout this process I have tried to contact the financial department, and been multiple times in communication with the support team of Winstoria Casino. Support team always says, that only financial department can answer me or move on with the process, but they are not communicating their timetables or giving me any answers what so ever.

For over a month now they haven't paid me a single euro of my winnings, despite me completing their requirements and providing them all the needed documents.

Winstoria Casino - Cashout Getting Stalled

Hi all.

I've decided to open this complaint after many tries of reaching the casino without success.

I've opened an account and played here recently. Did all my deposits using BTC and was having a great time. Was able to hit an awesome win on Tombstone RIP (2722X - link to win here https://replay.nolimitcity.com/show/gezimopoune) - all of the money was used without bonus.

After a while, when reaching 1200€, I've decided to cashout.

Did the verification process and my account was verified. Eventually, they even asked for a selfie with me and the casino in the background and I've also sent this.

I had 3 cashout requests of 400€ each as they only accept 400€ per day cashouts:

- 400€ on 8th of March

- 400€ on 8th of March

- 400€ on 9th of March

On the 10th of March I receive an email saying that my gaming session was on review and this check would take between 3 and 14 business days. In 9 years in the area I was never presented with such message. It's not like I've hit a million euros... on NoLimitCity games the volatility is quite high and it is kind of normal to have these types of hits. I even had higher hits in the past on other casinos and never heard about this "session review process".

Meanwhile I've been trying to reach the casino for a few weeks to ask how much longer will I need to wait until all of this is solved. So far already sent 3 emails without a single response.

For this reason I'm opening this complaint. I think I'm just being stalled on getting my cashouts... Maybe they want me to eventually cancel the winnings so I can lose them (we all know a lot of casinos do this on purpose).

I don't have much I dislike, maybe the fact that bonuses you have to wager so much before you can make a withdrawal. And the minimum that you can withdrawal

What I like is that they have many deposit options. Also they have a good selection of providers. You can find almost every good game that is on the market at the moment.

What I don't like is that they hide some restricted games while playing with bonus. In the terms they have games that count with 20% towards wagering, count with 0% towards wagering and then they have games that you can not play with bonus money. So far so good... but there are so many more games that you could not play with active bonus that are not in the list of restricted games. For example I could not play any Push Gaming, some Play N Go, some Hacksaw and so on.

If you ask the casino (chat) they tell you that some slots didn't get in the list of restricted games yet. I was in the casino for a long time and they never change their bonus terms and I think they will not do that.
So for my opinion this is a big scam and every player should think about playing here

I am a sucker of trying out games at a no account or pay n play casino — sites that allow you to play games without creating an account. And with that I highly recommend Winstoria! I like it due to also being a gamified casino.

What I don’t like about Winstoria is their high wagering requirement of 35 times. Based on my stay, I also experienced their frequent changes in T&Cs.

I played on this casino and I'm not suggesting it. My problem was that it took 3-4 hours and like 50 photos to verify my account. Also I withdraw and they say 0-24h pending and 0-24h withdraw it took them like 16h and still my withdrawal was pending. Also, their live chat didnt help me at all with verification. I just blocked it and moved on.

Winstoria is one of the newest added casinos on Askgamblers and I discovered them just a few days ago. I hadn't heard of them before and as always, I was interested to see what they have to offer. 

The casino offers a lot of good game providers, such as Play'n Go, Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming and others, so I decided to sign up. Then I went to check their promotional offers and they offer a welcome bonus package for your first 3 deposits. Lately I've been claiming quite a few welcome bonus offers, but after taking a glance at their terms, I decided to make a deposit but not claim any bonus. Why? The answer is simple.

While the welcome bonus offers a good match- from 100% up to 150% plus free spins- depending on how much you're willing to deposit. But what I didn't like were the different restrictions. First of all, the bonus had 35x deposit + bonus wagering, which is a lot. And secondly, the bonus had maximum cash out- depending on the bonus amount. Still, I usually don't like bonuses with maximum cashouts, or if I claim them, the wagering needs to be much lower.

Having said that, I made a 25eur bonus-free deposit. The deposit was smooth and instantly credited to my balance. Then I decided to pay a visit to a slot I quite like- Razor Shark. I was playing it with minimum bets and even managed to get one bonus feature that paid around 40x, but other than that, the game was dry and my balance didn't last long. When I had just a few euros left, I went to play Book of Dead, hoping for a quick bonus feature, but that didn't happen and I lost.

Overall, I had an average time at Winstoria casino. I do like their game selection, but I wasn't a fan of their bonus terms. They have a few weekly offers and even those have 35x deposit+bonus wagering. Therefore, I don't think I'll be coming back.
