I love Playtech's platform. They are always very quick to load, very easy to navigate around, the downloaded games load almost instantly, the cashier section tells you what you need to know, or how much more you need to wager, and so forth.

Probably the best thing about the platform, is the ability to open 3 separate screens simultaneously. Whilst other non-Playtech casinos do have something similar too, try opening all 3 screens on just 1 game...not possible at all on any other platform. Only Playtech can! What's the advantage of this? Well, I have made many deposits at WinnerClub Casino, mostly small deposits of between $10 - $20, with no bonus taken (there's hardly any bonus offers anyway) but I have also made a few wins, but nothing that would make your jaw drop. Customer support I never tried at this casino. They should have live chat support, but the thing is that I when I played both times in this casino - live chat support button was not active, and it looks like their live chat works not all the time. Also strange that I played during regular time, not night or morning, and it was working day, so I am not sure why their button was not active.

I made only one deposit in this casino. My bonus was credited without any problems, just right after my deposit I was required to click accept and that was all. Did not had much luck with it, and also not much playtime, because Marvel games was not kind to me.

Bonuses and promotions are regular ones from this casino, but once i checked their reload bonus terms which they send to me in my inbox, and it had 40x wagering requirements, and bonus was not cashable. This is awful bonus.

Also i did not tested withdrawals, so can't say much about it.

WinnerClub Casino is a casino that I recently joined when I was searching for a good Playtech powered casino. This casino definitely got me intrigued that is why I decided to give it a shoot. So I loaded their site which looks nice but could use some touch ups. They only had a downloadable version of the software, so of course I downloaded it.

Then I checked out their support that could be only contacted via fax, phone or email and none of there are the way that I prefer. But after I made an account and signed up I actually saw that they have a Live chat, so I tried to contact them but still there was no response for quite some time, but when I finally reached them they were nice and helpful. So after making my deposit I decided on playing my favorite slot and that is The Avengers. I started off really good, since I managed to trigger the wall of heroes bonus, where I got Hulk and Iron Man free spins before I found Loki. For the next 2 hours i kept playing the game but still I was making no progress, so I increased my bet and unfortunately in the next 30 minutes I lost my balance.

Overall I had a really great experience in this casino and I actually might come back and try my luck again. Even though they have some minor flaws i would gladly recommend it and also add that it is a very safe and secure casino. 7/10

WinnerClub Casino is not so new casino for me, but as I remember it when I was trying to register there and that was more then 6 months ago, I was not able to do that, because my country was not listed there. But after searching something here at AskGamblers I saw one member and we are from the same country, that he registered here, so wow I was surprised and thought that surely they added my country.

So yes, when I opened the casino and of course used that banner for 30 euros I contacted the chat support, which they are great and professional, first I asked them can I registered here and I am eligible for the bonus. So when the chat support confirmed me that I can register here and I can claim the welcome bonus, my next question was, can I use that bonus money for playing Netent games, because I am big fan of them, the support answered me that I can use that bonus on whatever game I like to play. Honesty I was really surprised, because from all this playing at many, many casinos, not even one casino has gave us 30 euros free money, specially to play Netent games.

I have read they only provide download version, but as I remember I was playing it the Netent games in the Instant player, so maybe that was back then, really don't know. I really had fun with those free bonus, I played Jack and the Beanstalk slot, but the game was loading really bad, meaning I have lost almost all the bonus. When I was left with only 3 euros I opened Starburst slot, but even here the same.
