William Hill Vegas - Bonus Not issued, lied to, called a liar.
I received an e-mail with a 50% deposit match. I clicked claim in the e-mail, and it then forwarded me onto a promotions page, where I clicked claim on this page too. The casino then asked me to deposit, so I went ahead and made my deposit. The bonus was not added to it instantly, so I went to live chat to ask why, I had to wait over 30minutes to be connected to an agent. During this time, I left my deposit alone in my account and didn;t use it. I was then told there was a techncial issue with the bonus, and they would be credited in 2-3 hours. This saga went on for over a week, it was never credited, I was told time after time it would be, I was also told support would e-mail me to update me and they never did, The last time I spoke to live chat they told me I had not claimed the bonus, But I most definatley 100% had. I sent an email to the complaints section at William Hill who also came back, offering no explenation, just telling me I had not claimed, Now I'm not going crazy, I have played online caisnos for several years, and for them to take that point blank stance and refuse to aknowledge the fact that I claimed the bonus is beggars belief. In the middle of this, 24hours after my deposit was made, I had raised my balance to £170 from £20 so I wanted to withdraw, but I was told I couldnt due to the bonus. But wait a minute, I never claimed it according to them. I am so Irate with this casino, that I told them if they were going to carry on this stance they could close my account, and low and behold it was closed instantly, which is the quickest they have ever done anything for me, So in short, I'm a 50% match down, £170 down, and I am at a loss as to why these people have customers, they were outright rude and completely unhelpful.

I got to the Live Roulette table and proceeded to place a £2 bet. A black came in and I won, or so I thought! It took my £2 (showed in my account balance) and after mins of still waiting for my win, I looked in the history and it showed a £1 bet and the winning number to be Red.

After talking with the Pit Boss I then proceeded to call customer service (UK) who could only tell me same thing the Pit Boss told me, that I had made one £1 and the number was Red. After some raised volumes on the phone I managed to get a full refund of £2 from UK Customer service and told them I won't be using William Hill again.

It's not just the money, it's who else are they doing this to? And if my bets are being mismanaged, what confidence do I have in them?

I got my money in 3 days! I win all the time on there also. I don’t know why I didn’t think of this before… Try the slots, I always start with £20-£30 on the snack time game to get the money up a bit more, then I play and win big on the genie game! It’s brilliant :)

The fact you can use paypal is great for me.for quick deposits and withdrawals if you ever get the chance !

Games are tight as hell, poor bonus runs after chasing for ages to get them ! unbelievable payouts they were so low almost a joke ! i would not sign up to this if a new player

Safe and secure. Good selection of games. Good design. Good chat support.

The only reason I played there is because of the live casino, because I really liked it, and the scratchcards was good too.

I lost my account because I didn't fulfill their high verification expectations, though I sent the documents three times already, and I was verified before. I got annoyed and left this casino. Don't recommend it because of the frustrating age verification.

I only recently begun playing with William Hill again after a break of several years. This wasn't for any major reason but simply a case of me already being a regular at both Corals and Paddy Power, two casinos with extremely similar on-line offerings that I have been perfectly happy with in terms of support and withdrawals - there just didn't seem a big need to spend a lot of time at William Hill as well considering I've heard many dissenting voices regarding their service the past couple of years.

On first look I was impressed - the website is well designed, probably not quite as good as Corals but better than Paddy Power and far better than Ladbrokes who are another obvious competitor here in the UK. Games wise all the main slots are here with the exception of NetEnt but I already have more casinos than I can count to play those games.

I'm unsure why the Vegas, Casino & Games sections have been seperated in the way they have as they are all basically just part of the casino - there's even a new "Macau" option now which I've yet to try but I'm sure it's just more of the same really.

A nice feature for UK players is the ability to withdraw your winnings in William Hill shops. All you need to do is sign up their "Link" feature, which you can do with a loyalty type card or simply with a username and password, then take your ID into the shop the first time around. Corals and Ladbrokes also offer this but as far as I am aware there is no daily limit at William Hill(depending on the amount of cash in the store obviously!) whereas the maximum at the other two is set at £500.

I was keen to find out how long it took to process a regular withdrawal as this one of my major criticisms of earlier William Hill on-line sites. The FAQ states one working day for Skrill and Neteller and my single recent withdrawal was received in less than half that time - a drastic improvement.

One thing I don't like which is common to pretty much all of these bookmaker casinos is the fact table games are limited to those offered by Playtech. These blackjacks have been beyond cruel to me barring the old fantastically lucky session and whilst I'm sure they are just streaky in the extreme I really have no desire to give them another chance any time soon. The roulette is marginally better and the video poker does have some attractive features such as the half double option which is quite rare on-line, but overall most of these games feel pretty cheap and nasty to me.

I have known William Hill for a long time since I played on their sportsbook. After getting some wins, I have succesfully withdrawn them which is the most important issue, as I believe.

It's a pity that it took me about five times to withdraw my winnings via bank transfer. Though it didn't spoil the whole picture, it sucked.

Games selection, quality, fast withdrawals /PayPal/.

Never received a bonus, free spins etc. Played there for years and left a lots of GBP.

I enjoyed playing here, games are fun, relaxing and customer service is helpful although a little low to respond.

They advertise bonuses on their web sites that don't exist.
They also advertise, and so does AskGamblers, that they accept withdrawals through instadebit but I just got off with Joanne in chat and she confirmed that we cannot withdraw using Instadebit.
Then I wen back and chatted with Gio and he said they do but there's a 5 to 10 day time lapse. I find their withdrawal times are too long so I probably will stop playing there and go back to bet365. :}

For that reason. I rate a 5.

No complaints. Fast answers to questions and quick withdrawals just how I like it.
