The withdrawal processing time in your case should have taken up to 48 after the documents have been sent. You requested it on 14th and received it on the 15th of the month. Close to no player protections. Asked for account closure and they won't do it. They call it freeze. The freeze is that you have to wait three months not logging in and then your account will be closed automatically. If you log in within three month, your account will be active again and the so called freeze will be obsolete. The support told me I should consider the account is closed over three month. That is said easy if you're not gambling addicted. A beer too much and you are back in. No possibility to set deposit or loss limits on your own. You have to write an email for that.
Withdrawal time was a bit long. Took about 3 days for 1500 euro withdrawal. They forced to send a selfie with ID on the picture. That is only a tactic to let the player wait and just loose all their winnings.
Overall I would not expect to play at this place again in the near future. Even not would recommend it if you have an addictive behavior.
