The 2 stars is for the many providers and their friendly live chat, and that it used to be a cool place to play.
Its not the first a casino who has the same owner is behaving strange to loyal customers, but i have never experienced Wazamba casino acting like this before.
It makes you wonder.

I dislike that when following their promotions, and make deposit for a bonus like so many many times before, and when bonus suddenly wasnt credited automatic i went to livechat for help, there i'm told that their sorry but the bonus is not available, but they offer me some tournament.
Nothing telling about this on the casino website, and no mails have been send out.
This i dislike big time, and i can only encourage other players to stay away from them, their behavior will change for sure.

Waiting 10 days for withdrawal, asked by financial department to split my withdrawals in few parts to increase the time of waiting. .When I asked when is my withdrawal going to be processed I heard that I just win to much and need to wait longer

First impression was super good. Very nice visuals and great graphics. Like that, you can pick a hero/avatar, gives a great fantasy feel into an adventurous universe.

I like to play and go, to contact them on live chat to get hands on the promotion seem a bit much. No demo games or anything without log in, and had a problem creating my account. Realized I had to contact support for almost everything, don't have time for that.

Easy site to navigate. Not much else too add only its got lovely colours

Waiting nearly a week to hear back about my account verification. Also questioned why a certain game had slow gameplay which made me question this sites integrity. Not recommended

+ Decent game selection, though some are not playable
+ Nice looking website

- No easily available responsible gambling options (account limits, cooldown period, etc.), have to send e-mail manually
- Most bonus offers are not automatically credited to account, have to contact support to get it
- Some slots are laggy. Especially Play'n GO slots are completely unplayable, slots like BOD take 10 secs for each spin. I've tried several times over several weeks, without improvement.
- The deposit bonuses has very strict game limitations. If you're used to the normal range of wagering slots, you need to read the bonus terms very carefully.
- Free spin bonuses are a joke. I've gotten 50 free spins on some obscure slots, and it's on €0.02/0.03 stake. The slots will normally have a min bet of €0.20/0.30 out of free spins, meaning the casino and the provider has gone out of their way to manipulate the slots to make the free spins as useless as possible (and I thought €0.1 Starburst spins were a bit of a waste). If you deposit €100 and get credited 50 free spins, it is equal to a 1% deposit bonus.

Poor handy site many games are full of bugs in the mobile version. They should invest in some programming. The Withdrawal Limits is very very very bad!! 500/day and they don't have a deposit limit. If it comes to withdrawal the are really complex no flushing pending period 24 working hours. They remove all my bonus coins I got and changed the bonus condition after they remove. So I lost 31000 coins with no reason. Don't play in this casino for real! They are many better casinos!

Good games selection. That's about all I can say tbh

Policies such as splitting withdrawals. 500 withdrawal cancelled and I was told to withdraw 250 in 2 separate transactions. The first being processed the next day only to be told the second would not be paid until 4 days later?? What kind of behavior is this from a casino. Also 500 daily withdrawal limit is draconian. Live chat are totally unintested in helping the customer and drone off massive sections of ts and Cs as appropriate answers. Often live chat will blame there finance department or manager and vice versa. Total amateurs when it comes to customer service. Avoid if you want an easy life and stick with genesis, videoslots etc.

Its a fun and friendly looking casino. Generous freebies and reward scheme whereby players earn coins that can be used to purchase items such freespins or bonus money etc..

Verification stall tactics used upon withdrawal requests which took days and countless visits to live chat for help. Finance team were inefficient. Chat support needs further training on KYC protocols. Reward program needs a technical review as it is now weeks and I'm waiting for the coins earned to be put on my account. Welcome deposit spins are also maxed at 0.06cents per spin on 30 payline game

Wazamba casino has a fine looks and many games.They respons quickly at chat and everything is alright until you will take a withdraw.

I have been lucky with the playing at wazamba and won some money. But they have a very low payoutlimit at 5000 nok pr.day. I would have payd to my bank that I used for deposit but they could not do it to Norway they said.
My secound withdraw at 5000 nok to skrill was canseled. When I ask why i was insisted that I had to split up the pay 2500+2500.It was ok for me but the next day I was told only one outpay at day and max 3 withdrawals on hold.After that the payouts have almost stopped.Do not play at this casino.

The casino has a lot of games and the site is easy to navigate.

Deposited a lot of money and lost it all of course. Just another casino that is hungry for your money and wont even give their players playtime. They have a coin system that gives you the possibility to exchange the coins for bonus money. I exchanged so that I was to get 2550kr (about 250 Euros). Instead I got 50 kr (5 euros) and the other bonus was canceled for some strange reason and the casino wont give them to me. They have offered me 1000 kr (100 euros) as a compensation that shows that they have done something wrong but they still wont give me the money that I have exchanged from my coins. Don't play here. They will cheat you of your money!!
