After reading the previous reviews here I was a little bit skeptical. But I really cannot agree with it. The account verification was fast (some hours) and after I requested my first payout I was surprised that I was paid within minutes!
So thats what I expect from a casino, good games, fast verification and fast payouts.

The design could a little bit more modern, but this is not what I am looking for. One star less for that.

There is a lot of providers and games in this casino. Would be nice to add some BTG providers in future. Played with 100% bonus and managed to cashout after wagering. Account verification and withdraw to skrill account(I uploaded funds with skrill) took only about 12 hours which is very nice for casino. They have a lot of bonuses not only welcome but sometimes send me a bonus code in email.

Support can’t help and is just a messenger. Welcome bonus as staed on there own website is no longer active, however they do still promote it. After your deposit if you want to withdraw your deposit due to the fact the bonus was not credited because they dont offer ist anymore, although sending the link, will cost you 20%. Total scam.

Live support is ignorant, I waited over 10 days to get my payout.
There is many option to make a deposit, but you can't use same method to withdraw (have to withdraw to Neteller / Skrill). I lost money when they forced me to make withdraw to neteller as they take a fee over currency change.

They are offering bonuses which are almost useless. Basically you are not allowed to play with active bonus money the half of the games they are offering. I know that many casinos are having this practice of not allowing some games while using bonus money, but I have never seen something like this. Won 2999 euro on slots and cashed them out. Did the KYC check, but my withdrawals was only made 300 euros a day so it would take 10 days to complete it. And their tactics worked as I started playing some of the money up and made new deposits. Now I have 1670 euros on my account and I have withdraw some days ago and they have not processed anything.

I can see they have put my 1670 withdrawal up in 8 smaller amounts on their transaction site so I guess I will only get my money in small amounts again, when they starts to pay me. It is simply not ok. It could have been a favourite casino for me if they where able to pay out without delay.
