After reading the previous reviews here I was a little bit skeptical. But I really cannot agree with it. The account verification was fast (some hours) and after I requested my first payout I was surprised that I was paid within minutes!
So thats what I expect from a casino, good games, fast verification and fast payouts.

The design could a little bit more modern, but this is not what I am looking for. One star less for that.

Tried to made a withdraw, but was not able to. They keep asking for documents that I sent more then once.

Withdrawals are extremely slow, casino demands documents that they really don't need to verify your account.

There is a lot of providers and games in this casino. Would be nice to add some BTG providers in future. Played with 100% bonus and managed to cashout after wagering. Account verification and withdraw to skrill account(I uploaded funds with skrill) took only about 12 hours which is very nice for casino. They have a lot of bonuses not only welcome but sometimes send me a bonus code in email.

Didnt like that I couldn't play some volatile games with bonus money(reactonz and some other nice slots)

Support can’t help and is just a messenger. Welcome bonus as staed on there own website is no longer active, however they do still promote it. After your deposit if you want to withdraw your deposit due to the fact the bonus was not credited because they dont offer ist anymore, although sending the link, will cost you 20%. Total scam.

I would not recommend anyone to make a single deposit here.

Live support is ignorant, I waited over 10 days to get my payout.
There is many option to make a deposit, but you can't use same method to withdraw (have to withdraw to Neteller / Skrill). I lost money when they forced me to make withdraw to neteller as they take a fee over currency change.

They also removed the rest of my Welcome offers after i was making my first withdrawal. I would never make another deposit there again.

They are offering bonuses which are almost useless. Basically you are not allowed to play with active bonus money the half of the games they are offering. I know that many casinos are having this practice of not allowing some games while using bonus money, but I have never seen something like this. I wanted to cancel my bonus and withdraw my money back, but the support told me that this is not possible and I have to wait a full week!!! and my bonus will be canceled automatically. Here's what happened: from the bonus that they give out, I managed to fulfill the wagering requirements (e.g. 35x) and won 1200 EUR. Immediately, I wanted to withdraw. However, my problems started there. Long story short, after 6 days, and a lot of talking to the support of the site, I finally withdrew my money.

So pay attention to the stalling/delaying tactics!

But the rest is legit: they have a bonus, theoretically you can wager it 35x (I think I was up like 5000 EUR) but you can only take 1200 EUR from the bonus (not more).

If you pay with card (VISA), you can't withdraw using Wire transfer. For lack of a better term, that's awful.

You can ignore the bonuses completely, cause you will probably never get them to cashout or do anything meaningful with them - it's just a "trick" to get you in, that's all.

The fees are HUGE to transfer back to credit card - in my case, it was 20%

They are not transparent about the cashing in/cashing out methods and the corresponding fees, I believe.

I contacted the Support, with this question:
'If I pay using card, can I withdraw using wire transfer' - the answer was 'yes'

However, when I *actually* got some money and tried to do it, the answer suddenly changed:

'You can use banktransfer to withdraw your winnings, if this option is available when you click on Adyen in the cashier.
But you can withdraw your winnings only on the last system you have deposited with, that's why if you want to withdraw your winnings to another system, you need to deposit with it at first.
Wire transfer can take more than 1 week, we recommend to use this method only if you don't have a possibility to use alternative methods.'

In other words: you cannot do that. You might be able to do that if you deposit first using 'wire transfer'.

I really had to talk a lot to the support during my "verification" phase so I can finally withdraw the money. They should really change that, or hire more people (if it's really due to being overloaded - which I highly doubt).

Vulkanbet is one of the casinos that was added to Askgamblers recently. They seem like site that deals with slots and sports and some others. My main things are slots because I do not understand the sports book and all the others. Well let's put it that way I do not have any interest in learning better games like sports book and odds and ends hahaha.

They have slots from Netent, Yggdrasil, NextGen and some other providers. I signed up with the intention of making a deposit there. I used the AG links to sign up. After signing up I used the code Askgamblers and to my surprise it was not the offer as advertise on the Askgamblers website. They say 150% bonus and 35 free spins, but when you activate the code Askgamblers they offer you 100% bonus and 50 free spins, not sure if this is on AG side or the casino side. Also, the deposit requirement for the Askgamblers bonus was $20 instead of $10 as displayed on the exclusive offer. I saw today the bonus expired, but 2 days ago it was valid according to the AG website and I could click on the link to take me to the site.

I contacted live chat and they told me the bonus does not exist. I decided to take the Vulkanbet normal offer of 100% for minimum deposit of $10 instead. I started playing on their site and realised I could only play Netent and Betsoft slots, NextGen and Yggdrasil was not available for my country although I could see the games in my list. Normally the game would not show up at all. I played for a while and busted. I did not even try Elk Studios as I never win on their slots and dead empty spins during most of my sessions.

The site looks a bit much and navigation is difficult to find what you need, especially on mobile platform. The fact that their deposit bonuses has max cash-outs are ridiculous. 300 euro on first deposit bonus, and I think 400 euros on 2nd deposit bonus. Not sure where does this fit in.

There r some things on this site I've never read or seen before. They offer you 3 deposit bonuses up to 300 Euro. But if you read the T&C you will find something quite interesting. It says: "The maximum amount of cashout from 1st deposit bonus is 300 Euro". So I asked the Support if that can be true. So it doesn't matter how much you deposit then. Even if you deposit 300 Euro to get a 300 Euro Bonus you can withdraw after wagering (x35) only 300 Euro :D This sounds fun :D

Second thing is: They offer a few deposit methods. I usually wanna deposit with paysafecard. After we had a little talk bout the strange bonus rules I just asked if they offer bank transfer as a withdrawal method then. Then support answered: You have to use the withdrawal method u used for deposits. Then I explained her that u just cant withdraw to a paysafecard. Its simply not possible. Then she said: In that case you have to deposit with a bank account then for possible winnings to withdraw.

Even a cheap curacao casino knows that if u r depositing with paysafecard that they have to withdraw ur winnings to your bank account. In no single Casino I played till now I had to do something like this they want me to do. That's simply idiotic. I tried to explain her that this makes simply no sense. But answers from support in chat seemed to be automatically.

Third thing: I decided don't play there. Definitely not. I imagined how it would be if u have any problems then and so on. I think no one would help you. That was my feeling then. I wanted to close my account. BUT nowhere in the Account Section I found something bout this. Its an MGA licensed casino. So I thought about a self exclusion. But even a self exclusion or a responsible gaming section wasn't found. So I asked chat to close my account. Then she answered that the "technical support" will do that as soon as possible. As I asked for a self exclusion now she just said something like "maybe in limit section".

Well I don't know how this casino got an MGA License. Do NOT play there. Everything's a bit strange bout this casino.
