After signing up, I was prompted with a pop up that said "Get 50% extra on top of your 150% if your deposit today". So I clicked Yes and went ahead and deposited $50. After depositing the $50 I realized that no bonus money had been credited. So I contacted support and waited for them to reply. To which they replied "lex Carlov - Dear Lisa, unfortunately, deposited amount does not makes you eligible for this bonus, you had to choose 150% bonus to get it, as minimum deposit amount for 200% bonus is $101". I then went on to say the following ---- I did select the 150% bonus, then I was told if I deposited today I could have an extra 50% and get 200% but must deposit today only. On the 23/09/2015 i received and email saying i get Bi-Weekly VIP bonus 300% bonus. So i deposited $20 i didnt get any bonus once deposit was done. Won some money this weekend ... when I check my e-mail today in the morning I see that the first 3 withdrawals are conducted in 1000 - nok each to Neteller ..., But the other withdrawals with total 16000, - nok has not been done ... trying to login to the site and get auto-told that my account has been blocked .. and that I should contact support .. (got no mail about it) no live chat, no phone I can call ... and they havent answered my mail for the hole day ? .. then im I stucked with 16000, - nok for withdrawal and 5000 - nok for play account ..? Also submitted verification documents on Saturday and received no response to it
I Expect at least a mail saying why they block my account.. and what will happens with my money ???

Last week I was going through AskGamblers list of new casinos, and saw that there's a new casino called VIP stakes casino- from one of my favorite gaming platforms- Netent, so I decided to try them out with a small deposit.

I have to start with saying that I really liked the look of their casino room, it looked sophisticated. So I signed up and made a 20€ deposit. It took me about 20 minutes to get ready to play. When I did, I went to Black Jack Progressive. I thought it was something special, but it was the usual blackjack. I placed 1€ bets, which are the minimum, and within 15 minutes, which I spent there, my balance increased to 40€.

Then I went to Gems and The city, which is a cool game with 30 paylines. The only thing I didn't like was that the minimum bet per spin, playing on all lines, was 6€, so I just played on 3 lines and placed 0.60€ bets. Few of the spins gave me 1.60€ but after lots and lots of empty spins, it wasn't worth it playing, so I switched to Vampire Slayers. I placed the same 0.60€ bets and the first spin gave me 2€. And after some time of playing it, I got 3 bag symbols, which gave me 5 free spins. Well the free spins gave me 2€, I guess I expected more. However, playing this game for 40 minutes slowly helped me to get my balance up to 70€, so I decided to try out their withdrawals.

Overall, I really liked many things about this casino- the withdrawal was safe and took about four days to get into my ewallet, which is not super fast, but descent time, I also really liked their t&c and games, so Netent didn't let me down again. Besides, this casino also offers sports bets, live betting and live casino,which I hopefully will try in future. And I'm actually surprised by the fact that they have a special 100€ bonus on your birthday (which don't have to be used on that day) and the wagering for their 100€ bonuses are 20 x. Not many casinos offer such little wagering. Next month will be my birthday so I'm excited! You should give them a try.

This casino is powered by Netent software, which are my favorite games to play. I saw this casino on one forum, when they were giving 10 free spins on same game, so of course I was interested to get that free bonus.

Before I sign up I wanted to know much more about this casino, but I have found nothing. Then I opened the casino read theirs Terms and saw theirs Terms first of the welcome offer and the free spins. For those 10 free spins they were giving away, of course I didn't get it, just because of that country restrictions terms. Well fine,10 spins are not that big bonus, so I can live with out them.

This casino is owned and operated by Curacao, which I don't have big trust in them and all financial transactions goes from Nicosia, Cyprus.
