Viggoslots Casino - Withdrawal request processed then reversed casino not responding

Hi Disputes Team,


I am KYC verified and made a withdrawal request of $280.31 NZD on 17-04-2025. I confirm that the winnings were from real funds, not bonus funds, and I received an email from Viggoslots on 24-04-2025 stating that my request had been processed and my winnings would "soon be credited to my account."

When they still hadn’t arrived 4 days later, I logged into my casino account and that’s when I noticed my withdrawal, which was marked as 'processed,' had been reversed and added back to my account balance.

I immediately contacted the help desk to inquire about the reason for this reversal and spoke to Sophia, who confirmed that my withdrawal was processed on 23-04-2025, but she was unable to explain why it was reversed, or why I was not notified. She assured me that she had escalated my case to the relevant department and that someone would contact me.

That was 10 days ago.

Despite my multiple attempts to resolve this via email and live chat, I am repeatedly told that 'someone will contact me soon.' However, it seems we have differing interpretations of 'soon,' as I am still waiting for that reply.


Furthermore, each of my several attempts to withdraw my winnings after they were reversed has been cancelled by the casino. This is followed by an email from the Viggoslots finance team stating:

"Unfortunately, we had to cancel your withdrawal(s) due to a breach of the following Terms and Conditions:

4.2. All deposits must be wagered at least once before the player is able to withdraw any balance"


I have asked Viggoslots to specify which deposit they are referring to and the ID number, as the deposit that THIS withdrawal relates to has already been wagered on 17-04-2025 when I made the original request to withdraw my winnings. There has been no reply to this request either.

It is my belief the casino's algorithms are mistakenly reading the reversal of my withdrawal as a 'Deposit' of $280.31 NZD, leading to the automatic decline of my withdrawal requests.

My most recent email to Viggoslots clearly demonstrates that this is a withdrawal and that all T&C's were followed. This was sent 5 days ago, and today I received the same cut & paste email informing me that my “request has been received and forwarded to the relevant department.”

I want Viggoslots to explain why my withdrawal was reversed after processing. If it has been incorrectly classified as a 'deposit,' I expect them to correct this mistake so I can withdraw the winnings I am owed from 17-04-2025, as indisputably confirmed by Viggoslots in their 24-04 email.

Please let me know if there is any additional information you need.

Not much to like really if you're in Australia hardly anything works and the no wager bonus seems nice at first but you literally cant withdraw unless you deposit $100 minimum bonus because bitcoin withdrawal doesn't work (deposit works apperently) only wire transfer which has min $500.

Everything.....there is literally no staff support they reply via emails sometimes. I should have read the reviews for this casino, lesson learnt although this experience still gives me anxiety that its literally put me off online casinos. I should have seen warning signs 1st time I deposit using bitcoin took awhile and I followed the bitcoin address that was given and I could see it was deposited on the address but staff says still not confirmed and staff says may take 72hrs otherwise pay will be reversed well guess what it didn't and that $56 worth of bitcoin still at that address never to return to me. Don't know why but I deposited 2nd time with credit card no issues, 3rd time no issues and tried to withdraw using bitcoin this is not available apparently and minimum for wire transfer is $500, so if youre Australian stay away and this is the worst experience I have ever had.

This is a premium 9/10 star casino.

And the most important thing: The withdrawal time is fantastic. I registered yesterday evening, made a deposit (without bonus) and got lucky. I requested a withdrawal yesterday. today (16 hours later) the money hit my Skrill Account. This is fantastic.

The only negative part is: The welcome bonus is not usable. I always read the terms and conditions very carefully:
"3.3 Cash bonuses, both with and without wager requirements have a maximum allowed withdrawal of x5 the bonus amount."
3.12 Deposits made with E-wallets(e.g. Skrill/Neteller) or vouchers(e.g. Paysafecard/Cashlib) do not qualify for deposit bonuses, if no other information has been given in the specific Campaign/Promotion.

These are rules, that doesn't fit for a 10 star casino.

There is nothing positive to write about this casino. You should avoid playing here and sign up somewhere else if you intent to see your winnings in time or at all.

The history of delayed payments and not paying out winnings at all is huge.
The live support is not able to help in any way in regards to withdrawals.
Email support does not reply at all or with major delays.
Companies practicing unethical business like this, should me marked with a warning flag if not blacklisted. Do avoid this casino at all costs.

This casino refuses to help me. 3 times I have received welcome emails associated with my email. And every time I have requested to close the account and block my email but they never succeed to do that. I have requested information about the account for example which address, DOP, phone number and name was used but no reply even if I have sent the request to every single email addresses that I could find on their site.
I had an account 2017 and after extremely many emails I managed to close it due to gambling problems.
I would never open a account with this casino and I have requested help from this casino but nothing happens. One problem, among many other, is that there are several different emails that they ask you to send your. For ex: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] are some of the addresses that can be found on their webpage.

To summarize my experience I can just recommend to find another casino than this one. There are extremely many nice, reliable, responsible, friendly professional and awesome casinos out there but Viggoslots is not one of them.

It's got some good games and I find the casino is easy to navigate but it should be upgraded so it is easier to find different games. The games are generous in winnings and I do enjoy playing them.

Did not pay out winnings, even after verification and cashout approval, my withdrawals have been cancelled each time and the help team have ignored emails and chat support have not provided adequate assistance in my withdrawals, taking guesses at how to fix my issues with withdrawals.

First wire transfer fails due to deposits not being possible to be made to my bank, Commonwealth bank. Contacted email support, they didn't respond. Then contacted chat, they suggest to do a new deposit using VISA card and then said I can withdraw winnings to card. Did deposit, tried withdrawing and again it was cancelled - this time no email was sent to me - just cancelled. I logged in to find the funds in my casino balance. Contacted support chat again and they said to withdraw to another bank or card that is not Commonwealth, and I told them that my last withdrawal attempt was on VISA card and was connected to a different bank and not Commonwealth and they have not responded.

I've since given up and just betted my winnings down to nothing having lost care that it was ever going to be paid.

I do not recommend.

Very nice welcome bonus, but a bit unfortunate the requirements wasn’t as clear as it could have been. But I think it’s like that at most of the casino sites nowadays.

Well honestly my experience with Viggoslot has been my worst experience so far, playing casino. First of all, their live chat is worth nothing at all and didn’t offer my any help when their games didn’t work, or when I asked for help to clarify the terms of my withdrawal. Furthermore think I wrote to their support email 15 times and received one respond 2 weeks later, that’s quite a long waiting time.

But the worst thing clearly was that their games didn’t work, I could only play 4 games out of the 75 games I tried!!! And when I reached my patience limit and went for a withdrawal of my 30 euros, which I never received my bonus on, I had to send 4 emails including personal informations, and some of them they even rejected without a good reason.

So I would never recommend Viggoslots to anyone, but good luck if you take the chance anyway.
