Viggoslots Casino - Withdrawal request processed then reversed casino not responding

Hi Disputes Team,


I am KYC verified and made a withdrawal request of $280.31 NZD on 17-04-2025. I confirm that the winnings were from real funds, not bonus funds, and I received an email from Viggoslots on 24-04-2025 stating that my request had been processed and my winnings would "soon be credited to my account."

When they still hadn’t arrived 4 days later, I logged into my casino account and that’s when I noticed my withdrawal, which was marked as 'processed,' had been reversed and added back to my account balance.

I immediately contacted the help desk to inquire about the reason for this reversal and spoke to Sophia, who confirmed that my withdrawal was processed on 23-04-2025, but she was unable to explain why it was reversed, or why I was not notified. She assured me that she had escalated my case to the relevant department and that someone would contact me.

That was 10 days ago.

Despite my multiple attempts to resolve this via email and live chat, I am repeatedly told that 'someone will contact me soon.' However, it seems we have differing interpretations of 'soon,' as I am still waiting for that reply.


Furthermore, each of my several attempts to withdraw my winnings after they were reversed has been cancelled by the casino. This is followed by an email from the Viggoslots finance team stating:

"Unfortunately, we had to cancel your withdrawal(s) due to a breach of the following Terms and Conditions:

4.2. All deposits must be wagered at least once before the player is able to withdraw any balance"


I have asked Viggoslots to specify which deposit they are referring to and the ID number, as the deposit that THIS withdrawal relates to has already been wagered on 17-04-2025 when I made the original request to withdraw my winnings. There has been no reply to this request either.

It is my belief the casino's algorithms are mistakenly reading the reversal of my withdrawal as a 'Deposit' of $280.31 NZD, leading to the automatic decline of my withdrawal requests.

My most recent email to Viggoslots clearly demonstrates that this is a withdrawal and that all T&C's were followed. This was sent 5 days ago, and today I received the same cut & paste email informing me that my “request has been received and forwarded to the relevant department.”

I want Viggoslots to explain why my withdrawal was reversed after processing. If it has been incorrectly classified as a 'deposit,' I expect them to correct this mistake so I can withdraw the winnings I am owed from 17-04-2025, as indisputably confirmed by Viggoslots in their 24-04 email.

Okey well, I do like the bonuses and selection of games on Viggoslots. Also it is easy to find the games you like, aswell as the game provider which you can select from the list. But..

I won small amount of money in there and made a withdraw request. Right after that I searched from their conditions & terms site where to send my documents to and it's saying: 3.4. Please send copies of your personal documents through our LiveChat or via email to [email protected]. I decided to send them via e-mail. 1 day later I got an e-mail from them saying to send my documents to them and there was this same e-mail address as they had on their sites. 5 days later I realize they have cancelled my withdrawal because they didn't receive my documents. I asked from live chat what happened and the lady told me I had sent my documents into wrong e-mail address. The correct one is: [email protected]. You really should fix that. I've sent my documents now again to this correct e-mail and I really I hope I do not have to wait another 6 days without any kind of information.

Nothing to dislike, at first i was asking myself if I can withdraw at any times with their deposit bonuses and a bit worried.

I played yesterday and I won 925€+ and I got pay just today it means verified + withdrawal done within 24 hours.

Output did not wait. I waited for money for 4 days. Tired and decided to lose them and it turned out. There were a couple of deposits for interest, but they were not successful. More than a dollar did not work out. Forgot. But a month later i received a letter from them that my documents are not correct and they want my documents in English !? People i am a citizen of Ukraine and i have documents in Ukrainian! How do i manually translate you? Or you never learned how to translate different document languages through google? I was able to deposit money without any problems, that's all.

I made three deposits here, lost them all right away. The promised bonus spins didn't appear automatically. I asked for my account to be closed two months ago. I still get daily offers from them via email. During these two months the customer service has told me SIX TIMES that "we confirm that your account has been closed. You should not receive any emails from us". Still the spam just keeps pouring in. I have provided them with all the required information, I have sent several screenshots etc. Nothing happens, they just keep on spamming. They have not been apologetic at all, even though this has been going on for ages and it is clearly a mistake on their part. Also their Finnish website is written probably with Google Translate, as it is just horrible grammar.
I find this casino very untrustworthy, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Very slow support and withdrawals. Took over week to get money. Also i tried to contact support via chat and email. Got none answer.
Not many games and there is too many games you cant play with bonus. I don't recommend to play here.

The casino has a good selection of games. The chat is responsive but have limits to what they can assist you with.

Tends to forget to provide you with information when it comes to responsible gambling. If you ask for limits they forget to tell you that the limits are only temporary or they forget to set the limit. Closing account comes with conditions. It’s not enough to ask the chat for closure. You have to send an email with information about why you want to close it and this email will be taken in consideration at their own convenience.They also need evidences from your account that you have gambling problems. They have to see a pattern of gambling problems other wise the account won’t be closed. T&Cs are arbitrary depending on who you talking to.
